Girl, I just moved here less than 2 years ago, and i relate to you so much, especially how this new situation makes you feel about yourself. Im looking for job now too and its roughless. I used to be able to do anything on my own and support myself fully, but now im getting anxiety just stepping out of the house and have to heavily rely on my partner as well. The job i currently have was amazing where i moved from but in here its bare minimum. I hope we both get out of that rut though and we will nail it and sometime maybe our path will cross in design field 💖
Yess to all this! I derived confidence from providing for myself. So it’s a bit of a mental battle now leaning on someone else. But time is fleeting and we will both figure it out. Lots of love to you. ❤️
The museums out there are so amazing! I loved both the Tim Burton and Barbie exhibits. The carnival really was nostalgic. I haven’t been to one in so many years. I can’t believe it’s going to be a whole year of you being out there already. This year has flown by.
I enjoy your videos/vlogs a lot and look forward to each one. Wishing you the very best in your job search and a very Merry Christmas from North Carolina 🎄
Continued good luck on the job hunt. It’s really dire right now. I’ve applied to over 70 jobs this year. I’ve got a spouse visa here but from what I’ve heard from others is that the systems filter out anyone who doesn’t have indefinite leave to remain and even if they only ask if you have right to work they might filter out for nationality. So great. DRAW recruitment might be worth contacting re: arts industry jobs and they’re a reputable recruiter.
If you don't have thev'right to work in the uk' status, sadly you won't get through that barrier! We ALL (UK citizens included) have to confirm to perspective employers our 'right to work in the UK status, crazy. Employers would be in breach of law if the employed people unable to confirm this status. Good luck with it all.
@@aislingmcdonald6778I believe in this case both of us have the right to work here as part of our visas. But agree obviously companies don’t want to be in breach of laws. I have many friends who were here with right to work visas and when it came time to renew companies that previously sponsored were no longer able to because of the complexity of the rules and fees. Sometimes we can’t help where the people we love are from and the economy forces both adults to work so we’re damned here and damned there. Just trying to make it through 🤞🏻
I know youve thought about every angle. I also know you dont want to work for free. But are there any (un)paid internships you can do to build your network with these dream-job employers? A little affirmation might help lift your spirits and keep your creative juices peaking. And an internship might give some very attractive experience. Your partner and you are a team. You take care of him and he takes care of you. These dates you go on are v important. Keep them up and keep vlogging. We need more real talk, not less. -some random guy on the Internet that has been a long time fan
You are a brilliant communicator! You have what it takes to be your own boss! Go for it x
Hi, I’m British and they do sell maple flavoured bacon in most supermarkets and fresh cookie dough in the fridge sections in every supermarket x
Meeep i’ve never seen it in ours 😩😖
This is so good, love the nightmare before Christmas section, what an amazing exhibit ☺

Omg the ornaments are so adorable! 😍
I personally feel safer with Odie around, keeping the squirrels in check.
All in a day’s work, ma’am 🤠

You appear to have an Arabian slipper on your kitchen counter. Just thought I’d point that out.

Ironically I have the option to translate your comment into English.
