    Points:
    •First ready yourself, be ready for weightloss and focus on it
    •Dont skip morning breakfast
    •Dont take stress!!!
    •8hours sleep
    •Take dinner before 8 o'clock
    •Drink 3-4 litters of water
    •Avoid food like chocolate, cakes, soda drinks, fast/junk food
    •Drink hot water, don't drink COLD water
    Diet plan
    •Eat dates after waking up
    •Drink warm/hot water and mix 1 pinch haldi or jeera
    •After 30 minutes drink protein shake/Besan chila/Brown bread & egg
    •midday meal, 5-7 almonds & apple
    •15 minutes exercise, 30 times each
    •jogging 1-2 hours and keep yourself active
    • lunch, salad- chhana, vegitable, apple, cucumber, grapes, carrot, fruits, lemon squeeze etc or daal, sabji, chicken.
    •Dont take rice & roti
    •Green tea at night after eating
    •Dinner, 1 roti or anything
    •Eat only if hungry
    •Eat early
    •don't eat for rest of 16 hours (night&morning)
