Chance I have to tell you I love the way you take us through a home I have gone to other websites and all they do is they take camera they walk around and say Here's the bedroom here's the bathroom here's the kitchen no breakdown of prices nothing I guess I got really spoiled by watching your videos so I'm back to stay keep up the good work God bless your family

Oh my… so contemporary and beautiful, modern and the color scheme is marvelous… this is really beautiful, exterior is definitely eye catching… I love this style, fresh and vibrant… the black gives it a California vibe…. So happy to see the progression of the modular design being elevated… if they can keep the prices affordable more people will definitely buy… Wow,Wow, I could move in and not do anything different… Great Home… Thanks Chance…
Love the front porch. Beautiful open space. Not a big fan of open space but I do like this one. I like those drawers in the hidden spot. Placemats would fit perfectly. Nice bathroom. Nice primary suite. Beautiful house. Thank you for the tour.
It's a great layout. Also the cubby right inside the door with coat hooks . Like all the windows in living room area. Lazy Susan. Large sink. Great hideaway. Very cool and unexpected. Love the white in kitchen, usually not a fan of white on cabinets. So far so good. I would change the color of the fireplace and background and beams . Great guest bathroom. Love the panel doors on rooms and closets. Love,love, love laundry room. Nice closet off laundry. Beautiful staging in MB. Gorgeous master bathroom. Love the closet, even the folding door. Extra lower cabinet/ coffee station in bathroom. I like the light the windows bring in the bathroom. But not sure of the privacy factor?
You're almost in my backyard again. I absolutely really love this place and the exterior of it. My most favorite parts are the master bathroom and the pantry area. I also love the fireplace with the floating shelves on one side and the hall tree. ❤❤❤❤❤
I love this home!! The finishes are beautiful and they go together very nicely. No clashing of patterns 🙂. I really liked the pantry, i still kinda prefer a walk in, but this was different, it's nice. The bathroom was very nicely done.... Love the floor! Same with the laundry room. Lots of windows, the home was nice and bright... Just lovely. This house is very easy on the eyes. Good size main bedroom, but i think that bathroom is the highlight. It's gorgeous. I love everything about it. Great home Chance!
This house is beautiful. Whoever thought of the bifold barn door is a genius! Chance it's was funny to hear you talk about your long torso! My husband has one also and broad shoulders. So finding well fitting shirts can be a struggle, most times he has to go up on shirt size. 😆

Love this home! I love the layout including the design of the closet in the primary bedroom. The coffee station in the bathroom in front of the water closet is a no for me, but I have seen a coffee station in a bedroom before.
I really love this one. I love the contrast of the dark wood, not overly done. I like the clean lines if some might think too stark, but you can warm it more with warm coloring accents such as pillow a few curtains in a warm tone not too dark lol Id have them drawn back to so the you can see the beautiful windows really love the floor plan. Just a beautiful space 😊 perfect for me

I LOVE IT!! ❤️❤️❤️. Those are my colors. Black, white & gray. Add what ever pops of color you like & it’ll match. You just didn’t show where the furnace & water heater are. I’m hoping in the laundry room. I’d buy this in a heartbeat!!!

Lovely house. It's decorated well. I like the master bath flooring. Also this is the first time I've seen the marriage line incorporated into the door frames.
Love the outside colors. That porch though is a waste. Not wide enough. Gotta have a wide enough porch for a swing and some rocking chairs...lol. GOTTA have overhead ducts and ceiling fans throughout. Fireplace..gas logs or wood burning with those back windows overlooking a pond in the winter with snow on the ground. Mmm. That would be so romantic..lol. Drop the carpet and have LVP throughout. Colors inside are PERFECT, though. I'd have to remove that big not a hidden pantry area and just put a stand up freezer there...was so sad not to see a hidden pantry there.😪 And, after seeing that one with the Infinity shower...remove those windows and that coffee station there and put an Infinity shower....OH YEAH. Ruined us, Chance with that shower and house...lol. Thanks for sharing this and all of the beautiful homes you've brought us over the past few years. Take care. Cheers.
@@deborahjellenburg4939 Infinity shower is a shower that has the tub INSIDE it. A couple videos back he showed the one with the HUGE shower and it had a tub in it. Not sure the exact video, but he showed one. I'm not sure that's the actual name of those, but from various other videos where the shower is huge and has a tub in it they called it an Infinity shower. Shower drains and the tub overfills it will drain into that, also...good for people who have kids who like to soak the floor, or for people who splash the tub water...us older, clumsy folks...lol
Wow, love this. Coffee station would be in my kitchen tho. I’m confused by all the windows above the tub? How expensive would covering be for the odd sizes. I would opt for a transom window way above the tub and the shower entrance has to accommodate a wheelchair. Dang, way too expensive!
Definitely Scandinavian vibes. I dont know why more manufacturers are scared to do more modern/contemporary looking homes like this. Its 2024 this is what they should be producing. Instead we see a million farmhouse/traditional country-style houses. Some of us dont want to live in Grandmas house or a barn. This house is PERFECT. (Could loose the sliding barn doors though.)
