Put a fireplace in the living room and solid shelves in the pantry and make the separation between the dining area and the entryway plus solid shelves and wood or metal poles to hang clothes then this would be a nice home. It does have a great kitchen.
Finally a decent porcelain farmhouse sink! I do not care for a stainless steel sink at all. Now they need to work on getting decent kitchen faucets. This is one of the best houses you have shown. Wish you wouldn’t put a sponsor ad in the middle though, kinda ruins the flow of the video.

Very nice home. While I’m not fond of walking into the dining room, I didn’t find this layout as offensive as the previous model. I do not believe having one bathroom with only one sink is sufficient for three bedrooms. Great job. Thanks.

I have been wanting a master bath with just a sit down shower. It starts getting harder and harder to bend over and clean, not to mention the cost of water for a tub. I understand fully why that isn't popular, but I expect it to become more common as time goes on.
That left sticking out like that DEMANDS a garage on the opposite side to match the extension. Perfect place for a 2 car garage. Just needs a doorway on that side. Flip those floor registers to the ceiling, no carpet and all LVP, some cabinet changes..more pot drawers in the island, but the colors are perfection. Needs a fireplace in that family room/den, another in the master bedroom...for those romantic nights...and the kids all the way in the other end in their own rooms. Take that window in the master closet and change it to a transom up top for more rack space. Tile the master shower bottom for sure. That attic space is so long it would make a nice bowling alley, with a side room for video games. Sit it all on top of a nice basement and this one NAILS IT FOR REAL. Best one YET. Thanks Chance. Chance ❤you outdid yourself with this one. That kitchen is excellent. Normally I like carpet in the living room, but in this house the flooring works really well. Hands Down my FAVORITE kitchen sink in the history of sinks. Nice rounded corners on the kitchen island!!! That would save me a lot of bruises. Every once in a while chance you should climb right in one of those big bathtubs! Let us know what you think it feels like. That’s the only thing missing in my house, and it’s missing in this house too…. Next

@@TheBlinked1 I live in the foothills of NC. We have had so much rain and it’s supposed to get much worse tonight. The wind is picking up and it feels weird outside. There were tornadoes close by but thankfully, not much damage. However, we don’t have anything like Florida. Praying for all of the people there.

What a nice house only thing I would change in put the oven below the microwave on the wall and then I would put a jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom along with that nice shower. I would also change the second bathroom to a large shower like the master then the house would be perfect.

Chance it's a beautiful home. You would think for the price they would put the vents in the ceiling. It really looks so tacky for them to place the vents on the floor. That's the only draw back I see.

The master bedroom bathroom needs a tub. No tub would be a deal breaker for me.

First thing I noticed was the vent on the floor, now if you wanted the couch closer to the windows you would cover the vent.
