***Don’t do it! Most restaurants have kitchens with toxic people; careless management; ONE dishwasher employee (you); and hard work will never be noticed!***
I used to work at a big restaurant in time square I worked as a busser and everyone treated the bussers like shit. There was a couple dishwashers but one night the managers messed up hired this kid on the spot with no experience and had him work with no one helping at all. Poor kid stayed there till 4am and still didn’t manage to wash everything he left it for the next day.
I wish you good luck. You know what matters the most is that you have someone at work who explains you everything you have to do. These people are rare which is why, in my opinion, the amount of work you have to put in until you get used to the job is twice as it should normally be. Anyways you will be alright trust me. Remember that no one is perfect and you are here to learn and it's ok if you fail. Another "advice" i can give you is don't let people dominate your feelings , there are many people who kinda bully their workers and make them feel a lot of stress, don't let them have such powers on your emotions.

You don't put a dish rack on top of a silverware rack or the silverware won't get clean and sanitized, that made no sense
Iam in the curanly school and that i train on the same dishwasher
assume this video is filmed in Minnesota because of his hat
Brand new setup for training no dishes …..great job bud lol 😂
how much this machine sir?
That's the cleanest dishpit I've ever seen 😶
That's because nobody's washing any dishes, and they probably cleaned everything for the video
