Funny thing..I love how you call that plate arrangement "dish decoy"...Some servers can be ignorant enough to call that and you "OCD" obsessive compulsive disorder. Ive been a dishwasher for about 20 years.

In here USA, They don’t use uniform but have some plastic apron or not. Depends on the boss wants.
