Thanks for the video… I just did it on my 2016 3.6L without jacking the vehicle up or taking the wheel off… there’s just enough space once you take the fender liner off.
Great Video, this definitely helped me, on my 2018 I did not have to remove the liner it came out with no problem, be careful with the break line that runs through the opening. thanks!
It means that the wire was broken somewhere so instead of spending lots of time looking through the harness for the break, the technician ran another wire overtop of the affected circuit
Tell me you shouldn't be a mechanic without telling me you shouldn't be a mechanic. Take the airbox out 13mill sockets for the altinator. Drive it up some ramps don't even need to do that take the belt off with a 3/4 rachet an get yourself some medium deep well sockets or even a 13 mil wrench an get after it helps climbing underneath the truck to get bottom bolt. work the altinator threw the hoses an it should fall out. Aline altinator with stud bolt an bolt the rest in. No need for the fender to even come out. Go back to school

Why did it have a bypass my friend
It had an open somewhere in the harness
