    The wildlife actually visits you in Florida. There can be an alligator resting underneath your SUV, parked in your driveway to get out of the heat. Yikes!!

    The 4 wheeler/snow machine trails along side almost every major roadway. Atleast in the valley. I have never seen these in any other state I've lived over the past 20 years which is six different states due to being military. These trails being everywhere are awesome. This is not an expierence you can have anywhere other than Alaska.

    Shopping online. Alaska doesn't play well with having anything shipped to your home. I almost feel like setting up a "receiver" in Seattle to accept purchases then forward them to me. Too many companies, eBay, etc won't even ship to AK at all.
