I couldn't connect. I have an LG C2 TV and a Windows 11 PRO computer but when I enter the data it says that the computer is not connected to the same network, is turned off or does not have remote access activated. Everything is ok for me, what do you think could be the error?
Hey Jonathan. You have the laptop and internet on the same network? Does the laptop have a password and username set? Did you activate remote access on the laptop?
@@hegtmsa Windows shows many different ideas of username. In one place it's my email used on Microsoft, in another it's my name, in the remote desktop settings it says to use the computer name, which is another one. It's really not that simple. I have tried all combinations possible. I have configured everything. I've upgraded my windows to pro and nothing works.
