My hose didn’t just pull off from the main tub drain. What is that clamp and how do they work. It won’t turn at all.

If you mean where the hose was removed at 5:11, you will need to use something like pliers to compress those two tabs, which will loosen the clamp. Keeping it compressed, you will need to wiggle the clamp backwards, further up the hose until it is no longer on the fitting. With that done, the hose should just pull off. If you mean where the hose was removed from the tub at 5:37, you will need to use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the clamp. If you can't pull the hose off, it may just be that you need to continue to loosen it until it can be pulled loose. If you can't turn the screw at all, it may be corroded. Soaking it with something like Rust Buster or another penetrating oil may help.

I was able to figure it out. It wasn’t the one that compresses. The screw wouldn’t turn at all. I tore it off and the only way I could turn it was with a ratchet and pliers. The washer is not back together and working. Thank you!
