    Seriously a hero.
I thought the whole thing would be a disaster but I followed along every step and it worked. About a 45 minute job.
    Thank you!

I just finished doing this repair. I second the comment about the sharp edges. Awesome video. Thank you so much!

Thanks for this excellent video. I have a newer Samsung model (WF350AN) that has the drain pump on the right side, but the steps are the same.

seriously.. it's easier to buy another! so just to change the hose you must disassemble to pieces.. everything? samsung should stop hiring drunk engineers

Make the consumer remove electronics and door seals to make a minor repair?? Now that's some top notch planned obsolescence! Bravo Samsung! What's their stock symbol??

If you just remove the back panel you can access the hose from underneath the washer by putting it on its side

It’s easier then disassembling the washing machine. You just tilt it against the wall or dryer to access the bottom .

      Very insightful, thank you :)
Just for clarification, when you say "put it on its side", which side should I put it on?
(face down, so the door is touching the floor? or would it be ok to put it on one of the other sides so that I do not damage the door or control panel?)
Also, how should I prep the floor before I start?
(To minimize any damage to the machine & unnecessary water spillage when disconnecting the hose)

      Hello
I actually just tipped the washer if you were facing it to the right and leaned it against the wall just angled enough I could access the bottom of washer.
Yes have a cloth and bucket ready . You will want to remove the little drain hose and place in bucket first .
