    Hydration vests are allowed - water & electrolyte & carb drinks are an option

    Happened to listen to this on the way to Singapore to compete. Thanks, guys, I ate more carbs the day before than I have ever done ( I know I shouldn't have tried something new, but hey ), and it worked as I felt fueled.. was hard to get enough down me to be honest.
