Watched all of these so far, and... well "Impressed" doesn't quite cover how I feel. These are true classics with a highly devoted fan base. In spite of this... I get the feeling they're just underappreciated by Nintendo themselves. The Prime Remaster shows that they KNOW there's a market for Metroid. On the same token, though, they likely also realize the games need to be approached with a certain... care for the franchise, I suppose. This isn't Mario or Zelda... this is Metroid.
That is a solid point. Metroid does need a more, lets say "sophisticated" touch. They tried once with Other M and that has problems to say the least. Metroid carries a unique air about it that many of the other franchises don't. On another note, you went in on these videos. Still working on fining my "voice" but I appreciate the viewership.
