The best pork I've ever cooked and tasted
You warmth my heart, thank you ♥
better yet cooked in a wok on high flame, not overcrowded [make it in two batches]
Thanks for your suggestions
You forgot the ginger in the ingredients list ... nice recipe, thanks.
Hi! Thank you for your keen eye, my bad 😁 but I corrected it days ago. Hope to see you around again. Good day! 😊
Thank you💖
You are so welcome 🥰
I will definitely try this, but I always take off the silver skin from a tenderloin! It looks good though
Hope you enjoy 😊
Do I need add more sauce if will mix it sa 500grams of egg noodles?
Definitely yes. Make it 3x of the sauce mixture (for 500 grams of egg noodles) make sure the egg noodles are already cooked before tossing the sauce, low fire only. Hope you share with us your experience with this recipe. Thank you for watching and hope to see you around again. Good day!😊
Sorry for asking a simple question, this recipe is for two, right.?
Oh no need to apologize, I'm here to help. Yes, this recipe is indeed designed to serve 2-3 people. If you want to adjust the servings, you can simply scale the ingredients up or down accordingly. Have a great day and enjoy cooking!🥰
I ued red bell peppers and yellow
Hi! Those peppers add a delicious pop of color and flavor to the dish. Thank you for sharing & watching! 🤗
Can I use regular oil instead on sesame oil?
Hi! 👋 You will miss the aroma that comes from the sesame oil if you use just a regular oil. If sesame oil is not available, try to toast 1 part sesame seeds to 4 parts of regular oil to get the aroma and flavor of the sesame oil. Just low fire only when toasting. Hope this help. Have a great day!
Dont you mix in salt at all?
Hello there. 😊Often when I combine soy sauce and oyster sauce I don't add salt. But if you want to add salt, you can reduce the ratio of soy sauce and oyster sauce so that the dish is not salty. 😊
For the sauce is it 1/2 cup or 1 cup of water?
Hi 👋 It's 1 cup, I just corrected my details in the description box, thank you for noticing, hope you enjoy the recipe. Enjoy the day ♥
@mykitchenmyhome I used only 1/2 cup and it turned out great. Thanks for getting back so promptly. Keep up the good work.
It seems you prefer it a bit thicker, that's good and I'm glad you like it 🥰
Instead of water I use chinese cooking wine Shaoxsing
Sounds great my friend!😊👍
What is that garlic sili?
Hi Mariane, chili-garlic usually it is a sauce mixture of garli, chili peppers vinegar, salt and some other seasonings, you can buy this in some asian store usually in bottle. Taste a bit tangy and of course spicy. Thank you for watching, hope to see you around again.
My girlfriend loves it and me too. I make this at least twice a month
Hi Frank! Glad to hear this. Thank you. Happy weekend!😊
I don’t see ginger in your recipe
Hi! Some are not fan of ginger in their dish but if you are, you may add some. Thank you for leaving your comment here. See you around again. Good day ♥
No you have to take of the silver skin first
Mine did not look anything like yours rather it was sludgy…..
Hi there, kindly wait for the pork tenderloin to be fried (liquid dried up) before adding the prepared sauce. You may also adjust the cornstarch slurry. Hope this help. Would be glad to hear from you again. Good day.
Looks good but your pan is so,so over crowded. Perhaps you should cook half the pork at a time. Just saying... better results.
Hi Brandon, thank you for your thought, I appreciate it. Will do that. Happy weekend! 😊
