- 2 aubergines
- Olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic

Quand vous faites cuire un aliment il ne faut pas les mettre en contact avec le papier aluminium car il contient du plomb et avec le temps cela peut provoquer le saturnisme isolé les aliments avec du papier de cuisson cela évitera de se contaminer

Mais ne dites pas que le papier alu contient du plomb ! Je ne sais pas d'où vous sortez ça? C'est l'aluminium lui-même qui peut représenter un danger pour la santé, surtout en contact avec les aliments acides, et à la cuisson. C'est pour cela qu'il vaut mieux éviter d'en entourer des aliments. Une fois de temps en temps ce n'est pas grave malgré tout. On a jamais attrapé le saturnisme avec du papier alu😂😂😂

Aluminium is only unhealthy if you any sour. Otherwise it does not leach into the food in the time it takes to bake. On the other hand some parchment papers may be lightly plastic coated. Plastic leaches into everything and we have lots of microplastics in our body and brain.

No, it isnt very unhealthy, unless one is already consuming large quantities of Aluminium from other sources, and it would need to be a lot! Let’s not worry too much about cooking with foil……
