you realize that expensive doesn’t equate to more kids right? there’s 4M nashville homes with only 3 bedrooms because there’s some people that have kids that already are adults and want a home that doesn’t involve guest rooms. if anything what are people thinking building 5+ room houses when they barely get taken up besides 3 times a year for events and parties, holidays?
Spectacular house, nice surrounding space, amazing neighborhood. Overpriced in my opinion but I guess that comes with the territory 😅

There was only one sale and this house is priced more per square foot. With that said, this home does have a much larger lot, a private pool, and a separate prep kitchen, which all add up. The house that sold was also 3000 sq ft larger, and typically larger homes sell for less per sq ft.
As always, it will be interesting to see what the market is willing to pay.

Nice tour, worst most awful music ever put on a home tour. Literally a torture track. But the video is excellent and so is the camera work. Nice!
