A whole laundry room in your primary suite wow
It so bizarre to me to put only four bedrooms in a 7,000sq ft home. On average with that bedroom counts that home is suited for five people yet it has three laundry rooms two of which are on a floor with only one bedroom? I dunno. Weird decisions.
The good stuff - That kitchen island! 😍That thing rivals the floor space of a NYC studio apartment. LOVE the tall cabinets versus stacked like we usually see. Love the casual dining space.
I find it refreshing because many of the homes I've seen are all about squeezing 6 small bedrooms with very small closets and bathrooms. Four large, spacious bedrooms is great. Everyone can spread out and breathe.
@Eve Dallas a 7000 sq ft home should have at least 5 bedrooms. 4 is just not enough

THIS HOUSE IS DESIGNED WELL. The main living area makes sense, this was well thought out and planned. Its not just a generic white box with black windows.

Love the way the scullery is connected to the dining room. I hire caterers for parties often and they come in handy when collecting dishes after each course is finished. Only thing missing is a pocket door to trap sounds of the staff cleaning and prepping. Could also use a small standing wine fridge and plate warming cabinet for plated meals, maybe a buffet counter. Things to remind my builder.

I like this house much more than many of the homes you feature. It doesn't feel so contemporary. I like that all the fireplaces are wood burning and not gas. The bathrooms were all beautiful. Very nice home. Thank you for showing it!

Great tour. I wish you would show the floor,plan. For a house costing this much….that study is tiny and pokey…and I would expected the fridge to be integrated. Overall the house is lovely. Where is the elevator?

Beautiful Home!. Love the Lot also, my wife hates being so close to the next house she's able to see into our neighbors homes and vice versa. Its only getting worse here in Johnson County KS with everyone moving here. Only way you can have more than .25 acres if you buy property in the country. Everything near the attractions and amenities is being bought up for more retail, warehouses or Luxury Apartments.
This is so gorgeous. Would have been great to see the study and the view of the horse from the back garden. You commented on it but never showed it.

Ok....I've watched many of your videos, love the homes! I wanna know how to get a copy of the music you're playing in this and other videos! Y'all are slammin' the music! It's what I would LOVE to have playing in my home office. Is it possible the music is available too?! Hope so.
Very light interior design which I love! But you think for over a 3 million dollar property you clean out the garage and have it looking clean! Also get all a beautiful design.

The interior of this house is gorgeous but I am not a fan of the exterior. I love all the big windows but from the outside they look odd and almost uninviting. More commercial than homey.

Every house you show has a trash garage on multi-million dollar homes. Guys like me with 4-5 exotic cars and 2-3 normal cars have no room to park anything. I do not understand building something like this with very small garage space.
