2 more retirees coming next year! Just bought 9 acres in Morgan County and we cannot wait to build our little house with a mountain view and away from the chaos of this society!

Thank you for talking honestly about the tornadoes! None of the TN realtors on TH-cam bother to address this. 31 tornadoes per year is no small amount. It's one of the biggest downsides!

Knoxville is too crowded! There’s smaller towns close to there with the same type of conveniences. Morristown, Greeneville, Rogersville, Kingsport.

So I went down to Knoxville at the end of March for 3 days and enjoyed it. I am scoping it out for a possible move in the near future. I live in Phoenix, Az and been here for 28 years. I want a change in life and scenery so I am choosing Kinston/Harriman area for my relocation. I enjoyed your video thanks for helping with information on moving to Tennessee. What cities do you sell restate in? I am planning another trip on 4th of July weekend to see how the summers feel with the humidity. Because Phoenix don't get a lot of humidity just heat.

Hi there! I serve the greater Nashville area, but I also have referral agents who can help with relocation all across the state.
