The interior is simply amazing, I like the combination of different colours and textures. The way they utilized each space, too, and the potential of the garden is great. Can't wait to create my own luxury home.
Top class again Hannah. Lovely house, really well finished. 1.5 million seems like a lot but this is a great turnkey option for people who have the money.
Nice development and an ok house.. and im sure 1.5m is avarage for this area. But for me, I'd rather get more for my money elsewhere. Looks like it will be a little crowded when completed, and a communal area wouldn't come into my mind when spending that kind of money.
It's nice and yes all about location determines price but at £1.5m for me I'd want more individuality and some land around the property - feels too on top of one another - too much housing estate....
Hey girl- love your style of presenting the house ❤ so friendly and cheerful and offering lots of details which brighten up my day wonderfully. Feel so special watching 😊😊😊😊😊😊
Nice showcasing, Hannah. I noticed a big building on the left, which, seemed like obstructing privacy. The house is gorgeous and the location pretty good. Thanks
Beautiful homes and lovely host. Even the staging is 👌👌more gold for me. very functional home and like the black modern farmhouse and extra office or even workshop space ;) cinema room is great too. Well worth the price tag if not more. thanks Hannah :) and Tom :) The rooms are interchangeable for everyone's needs like the study room. I would also add an enclosed pool room on that greenspace and still have a decent garden.
Very tight plots esp when u consider it's open countryside. Narrow communal driveways look like a major dispute with neighbours waiting to happen. OK they saved a few quid off the build costs. BUT I think that's a trade off too far. A shame.
I live in Surrey and I bet you can’t afford to live here. £1.5 million is pretty average here not just overall price but price per square meter. My house per square meter is much more, as is the overall price. Location, Location, Location.
@@classicraceruk1337 Well we live in Lancashire and have 7 acres and 6 beds for 900k with no neighbours overlooking. No one in there right mind would pay 1.5 for that. The Luxury Home Show has had some far better properties on at around that price.
@@robhamtom As I said location, Location,Location. Within an hour door to door to the City of London is expensive. You can also earn a shed load of cash, not just by working but watching the house price go up. I made 7 figures just selling part of my garden. Before I retired my BI company did all its work in London and the SE it’s where the money is. I have my eye on a house with 30 acres, an airfield and it’s enormous. This is just outside the SE. It’s much less than my house is worth. My wife has to decide if she wants to retire from her job in city. It’s hard to walk away from a load of cash.
I honestly don't get fabric chairs (like the dining chairs in this example but barstools and sofas as I've seen in others) in kitchens where food is prepared and served. You'll need them cleaned all the time between the cooking and eating around them. One splash of Bolognese sauce or one night of cooking fish/curry etc. and they'll need cleaning 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Always love your presentations Hannah !! Can someone answer a question please, why in such amazing house there are no closet in the guest/Other room except the master ? Where are they suppose to put clothes ?
Omg I’ve always loved your videos! Your whole entire team does it so we’ll explaining the houses so we’ll, y’all should tour the townhouse in London, (33 Portland place) I’ve seen it on Sotheby’s and TH-cam, it’s a wonderful house but I’m a little confused with the floor plan. I figured you guys were the perfect ones to tour it! (Hope this reaches someone lol)
It’s funny you mention studio Mc Gee. I also am subscribed to her channel. You’ve actually touched on two points here related to McGees work. First the Belfast sink second the Calcutta quartz. Except she used Calcutta marble in her project of the base ball players house. Have you seen that video? Excellent project she did. I loved the mail box in that project.
Seems pretty good for a new build. Except that the garden is overlooked by neighbours on both sides. And it’s not gold it’s brass (actually one of the few details of the house I’m not so keen on) and am I imagining it or is the excellent presenter tiny? 🤔
I love watching your tours Hannah ☺️ I’m from Germany and we’re currently building our own house. Almost all houses here have roller shutters or outside blinds in front of the windows, I’m wondering why this is not a feature in all these expensive and luxury homes? Is it not common to install outdoor blinds in the UK?
I always think of Holloween when I see a black/orange combination. Something about black homes that just gives me a Bates Motel (from the movie, "Psycho") vibe. I know they seem to be popular with some designers/builders now, but God only knows why.
I read on comments the area supposed to be a very expensive areas according to the locals. But can't the developers at least build some fences to give some privacy?
It will be a freehold property with mandatory management fees (which aren’t regulated or capped) for the up keep of the surrounding area, but your still have to pay full council tax (which will be higher than comparable existing properties in the area as it’s a new build) when all they will do it collect the bins. All new builds are the same.
Let's keep Hannah and remove all the other presenters. She's so much more natural, descriptions flow better, yes she's keen but she doesn't shout about it. And she doesn't state the blindingly obvious.
Hannah is easily the best presenter on Luxury Home Show.
By a country mile!!! She should think about coaching real estate presentation for new agents.
100%, she needs to train the others up. I’m sick of hearing the word ‘here’ every second word.
I'd watch the extended versions of TLotR in that media room with her.
easily
What a joy Hannah is.
Can we all just appreciate how great Hannah is.. The house is actually really nice.. Well done Hannah..

Beautiful house and I love the interior design. Great presentation.
I really liked the interior it’s spot on but the outside space is disappointing in my opinion.
Nice showcasing, Hannah.

Mr J.Brown did an excellent job! Fab!

Great job Hannah, but im not too happy with at least four windows overlooking my back garden for £1.5 million.

1.5 million for a house with someone else's garage in your garden and someone else's house overlooking and blocking out your sun. No way thank you.

Lovely house in a lovely area. Not quite within my budget, however ❤😊🇦🇺
I want see and maybe buy it with my husband...he was British Australian...😊
Everytime Hannah uses her size to measure jow big the Kitchen of a house is it cracks me up😂😂
Great presentation.
You almost had my like when mentioning Harry Potter, but you definitely won it when mentioning Lord of the Rings

Beautiful home baraqallah
Thank u for this information...looks interesting...😊
I'm surprised they didn't incorporate a WC in the office space. Otherwise nice house...
Love it ❤
It's a nice sized house, but this is 1 mil tops. Not worth the extra 500k
Gotta love hannah
You can a house with swimming pool for that up north 😜
Yeah there's a reason why😂
I keep reading about freehold debates in parliament. Is this a freehold, or leasehold?

Makes me wonder how much will they be paying for factor fees.
Can we looking it...mam..?
I’ve done me 6 numbers 🙏🏽
Ah, the "marker" building that got the scheme through planning...
5 Bedroom £1,500,000 ?
I would like to buy this house but where is it located please 🙏
Alford gardens - Surrey / West Sussex boarder.

this looks dystopian. not a single flower in that grass. poor bugs.
“Only 1.5million” and surrounded by neighbours literally at your doorstep, don’t be fooled by the lovely host people. Trying to make 1.5 sound cheap
1.5 million is actually a joke for this
Principal suite or master bedroom?
wow, a new development that most people cant afford. Let me guess they are not putting any social housing on that development.......
You're watching The Luxury Home show. The clue is in the name.
