    Great list - another example of vitamin N that I found helpful in my life is saying no to games and apps on my phone. I read a study somewhere that every accomplishment throughout the day depletes the bank of energy and focus that you have for the day, so "accomplishing" tasks in games on your phone (which is basically meaningless in the grand scheme) takes away the energy that could be spent on something worthwhile. After reading that, I had to say goodbye to those phone games...sorry, clash of clans.

      Ah I hear you! I do enjoy the games from time to time and try to loop that into my "self care" however I have drastically cut back. I am still a victim of those gaming live streams though. Appreciate this perspective!
