one wonders if patricia pushed herself, or was pushed, too hard too soon in 2023, following her treatment for breast cancer! whatever the case, sadly, this lovely creature is no longer with us!! pj's acting ability was there for all to see & i always felt she would have made a brilliant princess, if 'the film' 'roman holiday', which originally starred audrey hepburn, had been remade! both audrey & patricia were european, so the similarities were already there! maybe 'AI' could make it happen! i would loved to have heard patricia sing, pink floyd's, 'great gig in the sky', or sing 'summertime' in a duet with miley cyrus - again, maybe 'ai' could be used to make it happen! or maybe it is just my wishful thinking! whatever, patricia's name must not be allowed to fade away - a book, documentary, stage show or film should be considered! a compilation album on cd/dvd should be easy to put together & released later this year, around christmas! just my opinion!!!

pj proved what a brilliant actress she was in this video!! my hope was that she would play the princess in a remake of the audrey hepburn classic, 'roman holiday'! both audrey & patricia were europeans who could speak english & were slim & beautiful! sadly, that will never happen now!! however, patricia's name must not be allowed to just fade away! the least she deserves is world recognition, even if it is posthumous, as happened to eva cassidy!!

i had been saying for many years that patricia janeckova was a terrific actress! this video only enhances my opinion! i thought patricia would have been perfect as the princess in a remake of 'roman holiday', playing the role that won audrey hepburn an oscar!! pj had a spell binding stage presence as could be seen!! cancer robbed not only patricia of her life but the opportunity for brits to see her perform on the london stage, where she would have been a sensation!! i'm disappointed that andrew lloyd webber did not bring her over to perform in britain! maybe i'm doing him a disservice & he was going to give her a british debut last year or this year before the cancer took her life!! a book, documentary, stage musical & film should be written & produced about patricia's short but wonderful career! many people still can't control their tears knowing she is dead & it hurts them even more when they see this beautiful young woman looking so alive & in full voice - & what a voice! better than all the other classical singers because she was so young & her quality of singing was much softer & less wagnerian than other opera singers!! patricia janeckova must never be forgotten & her management owe it to her fans to make videos, dvds & cds of her work!! a greatest 'hits' compilation album should be made available in the coming months, with the tracks voted for by her fans!! the beatles & abba had success with 'AI' & maybe it's something which could be used featuring pj! some of the money generated by sales could go towards 'breast cancer research'!! just my opinion!!
