    According to statistics the UK is not in the top 10 of the happiest countries in the world. It actually comes in at number 20, dropping one place from its 19th slot in 2023.
    If you feel unhappy right now, there may be a number of reasons why you feel that way including stress at work, home or school, being self critical, money issues, bereavement, divorce, illness, and unemployment. However, feeling unhappy doesn’t have to be permanent, in fact it’s possible to actively change your state by introducing some Happy Habits?
