Lost me at a bit of a procrastinater.
That's good to know. Can you keep practising asking yourself those questions?
Sometimes the algorithm really hits the nail on the head. This was a lovely video, thank you. :)
That's so good to hear. Do let me know if there's a particular topic you'd like a video on.
Do you like yourself? No. Why?
Can you begin to start to do things that do make you feel good?
I won’t lie I did stumble across your channel and now I’m hooked, your words have real meaning and depth. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and insights I’m hooked.
I'm glad something I said resonates with you.
This is my 2025 goal. So I subscribed and rang the bell. Looking forward to seeing your content.
Great Julie. If you'd like a ido on specific content do let me know.
you are absolutely beautiful! thank u for ur wise words
So glad you've found it useful
Travelling abroad felt like being truly alive, waking up from the slumber
Great. Regularly close your eyes and tune in to your best times travelling and particularly how it feels. The feelings are really important
And never let women on social media. Realtionships are basically just people parroting stupid TV shows.
So wholesome and practical
Glad you think so Char
How would you handle an environment where there's almost constant turmoil and or upset to keep up consistency? As an example having to take care of a disabled family member with complicated needs?
depending on where you are there may be organisations who can help, even it being their role to help signpost initiatives. Often there are carer funds for group trips for carers and / or their dependent person in a local area if either of you needs a day away
It's clear that you're dealing with very challenging circumstances and I can really only imagine what that's like for you. Can you start with a small habit that's manageable? Even 1 small new habit can make a difference over time. Perhaps you could ask yourself, 'given my circumstances, what can I do? and how can I keep that action consistent?'. When you're a carer for someone else it really is essential that you take care of yourself too.
She's right....😊
thanks julie

We need God as well in our lives. Matthew 5 says blessed are those conscious of their spiritual need.
Thanks for your comment
Thank you so much Julie for the opportunity to share how you can navigate the noisy, over-complicated world of marketing. I’m happy to answer any questions your subscribers have and would love to connect with them 😊
It was packed with jems thanks to you!
Great advice.
Glad you think so.
I agree, it is changing the mindset, choosing to love the food that I need and is good for me. Eating slowly and mindfully while ignoring the craving for some sweet or too salty 😊
@@coachchristine125 absolutely Christine.
Thanks for your feedback.
Being anxious a lot because of some circumstances you're going through or have recently been through (which happens to most people at some point in their lives) isn't exactly the same as an anxiety disorder. And yes, people who have an anxiety disorder need help, but the best way to deal with it isn't denial. Just like with any other actual disorder the best way to deal with it is first acknowledging the disorder, and accepting it, learning to understand what triggers it, and then learning how to prevent a panic attack and when a panic attack happens to learn how it can be controlled as fast as possible. It doesn't mean you're cured of anxiety, just that you found ways to live with it without the disorder becoming your identity. Denying it won't make it go away. And acceptance doesn't make it go away either, but helps to live with it. But you're spreading dangerous messages.
Thanks for your comment. I agree with you. I wasn't referring to an anxiety disorder which would require a different approach.
@habitfixer then maybe you should have said things differently in the video because the way you are saying it, you're not making any distinction between people who are anxious over a situation in their lives, or people who actually have anxiety. Anxiety isn't a word that should be used lightly simply to refer to people who are anxious over some sort of situation. Being anxious and having anxiety are not the same and confusing those to spread a message like this can actually harm people.
Wowwww thanks. Yeah, let me go back in time and tell little 4 year old me that they're just CHOOSING to be anxious, and they're willingly having panic attacks! I'm sure that'll help! Anxiety and panic disorders arent a fucking choice. Get your head out of your ass.
@@cali0802 you’re right! And of course you can’t change the past. When I had panic attacks I didn’t choose them, but what I did do was I kept on having the same thoughts of fear that I would have a panic attack, which made panic attacks happen time and time again. After working with a hypnotherapist, I then choose to focus on feeling calm and that stopped me getting in to a panic.
wow thanks barb i'm cured
Thanks for your message. A 'cure' was not my intention.
This advice is exactly what I needed to hear today. I knew it before, but I tend to forget all aboit it when life gets busy. Thank you!
So glad it confirmed what you already knew. I
Hey habitfixer I came across your TH-cam channel and noticed some areas for improvement that could boost your views, subscribers, likes, and comments. Here are a few issues: SEO Optimization: Improving titles and descriptions for better visibility. Thumbnails: More eye-catching designs could increase click-through rates. Engagement: Encouraging audience interaction can enhance community growth. I’d love to chat about how I can help elevate your channel!
I just swiped you away.. ..
So true that negative impact can be on auto pilot, the inner critic voice almost controls some people
Yes Christine. I think we're all affected by it from time to time. Becoming aware it's happening gives us the freedom to choose a different way.
That's an amazing wise question to ponder over.
Enjoy pondering
Thank you mam very usefull

@@YellowTuxedo that's true. I must be a good student!
Great advice Julie, I think we're often tempted just to shut the voice down but trying to understand it makes much more sense!
Yes, when we begin to understand that the voice in our head usually comes from our childhood and the experience of being 'shut down' back then, we can start to have way more compassion for ourself..
Maybe the inner critic is just trying to protect us against imagined scary things which may have started in childhood, "like noone likes me because not enough people have confirmed my value so if I criticize myself the way I think they are criticizing me then I can understand it better and protect myself from it", but in reality best defence is to drop the critique altogether.
@@frv6610 yes I agree, we thought it was a really useful way to protect ourself. Thanks for your comment.
Excellent advice. Thank you.
Glad you found Trish's advice useful Bryan.
I also use enemas for detoxing.
This one doesn't involve enemas.
@@habitfixer I know. I still use enemas for colon cleansing. I don't want to have a build-up of toxic waste.
It was s total pleasure speaking with you today Julie! And thrashing out some healthy sales habits :) Thank you for having me! Do give Julie a subscribe, people - lots of interesting items on the agenda! 🤩

Love this Julie, really great demo!
Glad you enjoyed it. Do you have a great skincare routine currently?
I love this, Julie! It only took less than two minutes to cleanse, tone, and moisturise your face, and the result is radiance!
Thank you Marie. Yes, it's all about being prepared, focused and having a commitment to self care daily.
1 coffee is fine.... plenty of antioxidants... more is the problem and drinking shit processed coffee.... drink 1 great cup
Yes it's about being mindful about what we drink isn't it. I think it's important for people to do what's right for them.
