Tried them tonight with walnuts. I don't like the chocolate. My batter was a little wet, but they did raise beautiful. Can I add more flour if it's wet?
I have been looking for a decent muffin recipe for years because we only eat Gluten Free non-GMO food. I think these muffins will work for us. Have you ever thought of making recipes that are Gluten Free? Sure could use some and they are healthier.
I love all your recipes but I really wish that you would go a little bit more in depth of how the batter is actually supposed to look like and when it doesn’t what do we do because baking is a science and you should follow the measurements and I know there’s exceptions to that rule but when you don’t know much about baking it’s a little confusing and I feel that when you’re making a video you should explain those things more clearly and also let people know where the placement of your oven rack should be because that determines the outcome because we are not all proficient in these things that would make your videos above and beyond everybody else on TH-cam because a lot of people don’t do that They’re just trying to make fast videos and that doesn’t really help people that are trying to learn But thank you so much for all the effort you put into your videos all the time and the cost of everything that you do and need to make your videos thank you for all of that and happy baking thank you for sharing also

Glad you found the recipe and you can easily adapt a lot of my recipes to gluten free just by using cup for cup gluten free flour.
