    What a time capsule! I gotta say that Dutch Masters commercial is somehow one of the most psychedelic things I’ve ever seen.

      Their opening commercial reminds of SING ALONG WITH MITCH.

      @@jehobden yeah…I thought the same thing just recently after the passing of Bob McGrath (of Sesame Street) and saw clips of him with Sing Along With Mitch. It is a very specific choral sound.

    Adam West was very talented. Singing and performing with Roy Rogers and his wife Dayle Evans. Adam made it look easy onstage singing. All 3 actors/ performers are gone now. But I will certainly never forget them! May all 3 of their souls continue on!

They have a variety show and are auditioning orchestras to perform the cues live. You'll know it when you see it. They have letter X in their corporation name. 2017 launch nationwide.

    This was pure Batmania,1966! ABC's superior "THE HOLLYWOOD PALACE" variety series,the finest of its kind,also played a heavy hand promoting ABC's "BATMAN",and i'm rather disappointed that the Warner Home Video DVD release of the BluRay series didn't include Batman's appearances on this vintage ABC series-this would've been the ultimate
    testiment of Batman's impact in 1966,even on the very network that originated the series!

    This is amazing... it doesn't get much campier than Batman doing a show-stopping number with a bunch of dancers dressed like something out of Austin Powers.
    ...Unless it's a group of men in leather doing a Fosse routine with a leggy blonde. :-)

    Producer Nick Vanoff began his early career as a dancer, performing on Broadway & in TV…reason for booking performers with dancers in their act…also hiring choreographers…

    Although both will be classy mum on this, I would not be surprised if Joey and Adam enjoyed some quality time together after this broadcast. Some things even Batman cannot resist.

    I wonder if that musical number at the beginning was the inspiration for the Superman musical nearly 10 years later?

    I too miss variety shows of this type. They should at least try to do new ones. I know there wouldn't be many of the greats left to appear on them but some of the newer people can do some acting.

    Gray skies are gonna clear up,
    Put on a happy face;
    Brush off the clouds and cheer up,
    Put on a happy face.
    Take off the gloomy mask of tragedy,
    It's not your style;
    You'll look so good that you'll be glad
    Ya' decide to smile!
    Pick out a pleasant outlook,
    Stick out that noble chin;
    Wipe off that "full of doubt" look,
    Slap on a happy grin!
    And spread sunshine all over the place,
    Just put on a happy face!
    Put on a happy face
    Put on a happy face
    And if you're feeling cross and bitterish
    Don't sit and whine
    Think of banana split and licorice
    And you'll feel fine
    I knew a girl so gloomy
    She'd never laugh or sing
    She wouldn't listen to me
    Now she's a mean old thing
    So spread sunshine all over the place
    And put on a happy, happy face
    Put on a happy, happy, happy face
    Oh, come on bubby, smile its your birthday
