    I saw "Pushup Walkouts" and thought oh god 🙈 ...... I can actually do them now with no bother I can't believe it, you don't do them often but the few times I have done them with you I just couldn't. All these little things make you feel so good about all the hard work and sweat ❤

    I spend a lot of time in hotel rooms, so I often just have a towel on the floor, no mat and equipment etc. This was a great workout for those conditions, hope to see more! Thank you!

    Last exercise of the cycle you say "1, 2, 3, 4 and 1, 2, 3, 4 now stand up...oops, hair flip, and squat" It made me smile. Loved the workout and I think this is an excellent You Tube channel. Thank you!

    It's been a really long time since I've done a HIIT workout... My hamstrings will be very sore tomorrow 😅... I was able to keep up with you for the entire workout! I truly appreciate the addition of some high intensity movement. It's not for everyone but it gets your heart rate up and geta you nice and sweaty! I'd be happy to do this again!

      I’m so happy to hear that! And yes cardio is such an important part of our fitness, and it can be hard to find cardio options on pilates channels! I’m happy to bring some in here 😆

    Perfect add on for the 14 day challenge! I love feeling my progress in doing these and adding in some jumps or weights to increase the intensity too! Really needed this today and forever grateful for your work and dedication to this channel 😊🎉

    Day 19 done! Loved this one! Used to do hiit workouts all the time. Though I was not as intense, I still had my heart beat up! 🎉

    Since I have consistently been doing your workouts and building more strength and endurance I was able to add in 5lb weights for a lot of these and stay off my knees for things too and it added an awesome extra level of challenge and felt so great to be able to confidently level this up for myself! Thanks for all these amazing workouts!!!! 🥵💜

    Day 19 of the 30 day challenge completed. Great full body workout. My legs are on 🔥. But I’m loving my legs definition 🙂. I replay enjoyed the rest day yesterday. My body really needed that rest 😂. Thank you Rachel for amazing Pilates workout. 💪🏽💜

      Haha I totally get it!! This is half real tan half fake 😆 I use loving tan self tanner in the color platinum and it gives this beautiful olive color!

      My wall pilates workouts are very low impact! I have had a few people recovering from toe and ankle issues have success with them

    Wanted to go for the second round but then i remembered we have planned a hike with 1 year old on my back later today so i just decided to stop and im glad i did. This was hard but i loved it (it must be something wrong with me 😂😂😂)
    I did this with ankle weights, next time they'll be on my wrists

    Question: I’m quite overweight and can’t do these in one go. I take lots of breaks in between to catch my breath. Does that reduce how effective the workout is?

      Not at all, I think you’re doing exactly what you should be doing. Go at your own pace and rest longer if needed. It’s safer and the goal is to really find the “just right” challenge with a workout.. over time you’ll be able to see progress as you repeat the workout.. being able to be active for longer and shorten the rest times. It’ll be fun for u to see progress like this! Keep up the great work 🙂
