I loved this one! When I was clicking on it I was thinking of your earlier comment about people skipping the workout when they see you wearing shoes. I saw the bare feet on this one and must confess had a little sigh of relief. Wrong! You really pushed us. So good!

I did buy a used barre to help me with workouts like these. It offered stability for lunges and stretching quads that proved better than an end table or the arm of the couch.
