Depends how you will use it. With a moderate usage shouldn't cause any problem.

Not at all, unless you are sitting for 1/2 h on the horn button.
BTW. the included Stebel relay is not good. Either mount it easily accessible so you can swap it when needed, or use another good one from the beginning. Do not mount the horn without.

My opinion is that this is not a wise thing to do.
Just think about it for a second. People have acoustic intelligence, meaning, based on your previous experiences you attach sound to things, vehicles or happenings - imagine yourself walking on a pavement, and somebody rings a bicycle bell - ch chiiin ! In a instant, your brain can process which vehicle it is and you jump a side to protect yourself. Or, imagine someone pushed a wine glass on a table behind you, you would know was the thick or thin glass, was the table wooden or glass, and even a type of floor it hitted and smashed.
My friend have had car horn fitted on his motorcycle, we were riding and he beeped behind me... For few seconds I've turned my head and looked for cars behind me, because I got scared and tried to find a car that warned me for some reason... Thats when I realized this isn't smart thing to do.
There's a reason why different types of vehicles have different tones of horns. The bigger the vehicle, deeper the tone...
