I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the hybrid gel nails on Anna's hands!!!!! They made her fingers look so slim, elegant and long! Absolutely gorgeous! But I think I like the tiger stripes better because of her skin tone.
It's so interesting to see how much Anna's nail beds have extended since she's been coming to you. In the beginning videos they were like little tiny rectangles on her fingertips, now they are almost doubled in length! Beautiful work yet again and we'll done Anna for cutting down on the biting 💜💜💜
I hope Anna knows how many of us are cheering her on! Beautiful work as always, Anastasia. You two make a great team! Breaking a habit can be very difficult. Oftentimes it feels impossible! I have broken a few very bad habits myself. There are ups and downs, but once you get to the other side it feels amazing.

These are both great designs. When I do dual forms I actually use the paper forms first to keep the polygel off the skin and from going under the free edge (when there is one). I found it saves time filing and keeps the polygel in place better. I love that you’re trying these on Anna I can’t wait to see the results. I’m a very bad nail biter and cuticle picker. The only way I can stop is by keeping extensions on. I use full cover nails on myself all the time. 3 years now and I never have lifting and my natural nails could be much longer now but I keep them short under the full cover nails to help prevent my picking from underneath. Tell Anna she’s doing great!!!

Wow, you do AWESOME work! I couldn’t even tell Anna had bitten nails after you got through….I also bite my nails and soooo wish I could come to you….Anna’s nails look AMAZING!!! I love the dual form look too! It seems to give Anna a more natural look, not that the Poly gel didn’t, the dual form just gave a more rounded curve on the nail bed. Thank you for showing us nail biters, there are nail artists such as yourself out there who can make our bitten nails look amazing!!!
The nails turned out great as always 👌 🤩 I so badly want to love dual forms but I always find it too be a lot more work than just quick and easy. I can not stand having products touching my long hyponychiums, so regular forms is always my preferred method😉 Even though I have bought every different dual forms out there😅🙈 Thank you so much for sharing Anastasia💕

I’m going to say that the acrylic nails last better. Because of the acid primer (which I do use with hybrid gels) also acrylic is stronger and the nails are a shorter length. Beautiful set Anastasia! xox Luna 💅🏻
Both hands actually look perfect! Watching other people with short, challenging nails is encouraging. I don’t bother my nails as much because I take anti anxiety meds. I only get gel polish on my natural nails. I don’t get them cut down to the same length because by the time they shape them, they’re shortened. The gel polish really seems to protect and grow them out more than acrylic or gel extensions enhancements. I absolutely hate nail glue on my nails. I’m glad I have my current nail tach because she’s respectful about my natural choices and takes her time to do the perfect prep work during my deluxe manicures and pedicures.

I have trouble using forms on my super short nails. You're one of the very few nail technicians on this channel that doesn't use a form at all to sculpt a nail off of a bitten nail. I think it's great. I wish I was that talented. so I have to use tips or press on or dual forms.
They look great.. Visiting the Erie Pa area it is very cold and my I’ve bitten my nails way down .. (not as bad as Anna’s) but my skin is dry and I have 2 small splits at the top of my finger. I’m going to give the deeper dual nail forms a shot before I resort to tips. Thanks for the video. The timing was perfect
I am a nail biter who does my own extensions and duel forms are a BIIITTTCCHHH on them. So little nail, I ALWAYS end up getting it attached to the nail bed skin (the area above the bitten nail where a normal nail would still be attached). Which LOOKS normal but FEELS annoying. It's been ages since my nails were as short as Anna's (they're about a mm or two longer), but I feel her and her nail journey as it's been mine since 2018 as I teach myself how to do this stuff. I am so glad Anna has you to help her, she's doing loads better (and not making as many mistakes as I am, stupid e-file). Thank you for putting these videos up, even two years in, I am always learning new things from you and many others. Those duel formed nails were GORGEOUS, Mine take a bit to get to that point. 😜

I know it is a struggle. Once I moved to a warmer climate I’m not suffering anymore with the cracked ,itchy painful, hands.

Question, why not use a nail form for a base under the acrylic? Doesn't contact with the skin past the free edge cause lifting and possibly an allergy to the acrylic?

My sister is a nail biter and it is so difficult to keep nails on her cause she keeps putting her nails in her mouth and she likes her nails the same length that your client likes. Plus my sister has flat nail beds. I have stuggled with Gell free form and I do find that Acid Primer works best to keep the nails on longer but it is still almost impossible to them to stay for any length of time. Thank you Thank you, Thank you!!!!! I will try the dual forms and see if that would work best. I look forward to the follow up with Anna.
Another great video! Do some people have thicker cuticles than others? I'm always astounded watching the dry manicure on Anna because there is so much debris, but when I do my nails or my mom's nails, we don't have that much cuticle tissue, so sometimes I wonder if I am doing enough cleaning.
Some people can have a lot of cuticle stuck on their nail bed/plate. There are some that doesn't have as much. When I do my nails it just depends on how long I wait to do them. If I wait a month before I do mine (my nails grow slow) I have a lot to clean. If I don't wait as long it doesn't take that long to clean up. Everyone's different. As long as you don't give a ring of fire or damage the natural nails when cleaning them up you're good. 🤗
I do not bite my nails at all and never have for my whole life but my nail beds are super short, flat and nails grow upwards! Even going to the nail salon when there is communication barrier I can tell the tech is kinda stressing out not knowing what to do! It’s so frustrating because I want to have beautiful nails! I do not bite them but because of the way they grow they start to look really creepy at a certain length and I have to cut them! Salons cost me a fortune and I’ve spend thousands of dollars on gels dips lights forms extensions but I honestly have no training patience or knowledge for doing them myself 😢 I’m so happy for Anna!!
