I saw this video in my recommended and clicked into it due to the thumbnail, and holy shit the design of your character is so good!! I'm super envious!
Aw thank you! I had a lot of help from my friend CruddieArts!
When you say "Mega Man Roguelike" I tend to think of 20XX (and the sequel 30XX); I didn't even know this one existed.
This one just came out the 10th!
Seconding 30XX, it's a fantastic game.
Interesting choice, I hadn't seen this one yet.
Also, you should review Nova Drift!
We will see!
Just found your channel and absolutely love the presentation! Your character is so cute!
Definitely want to check out this game tho. My dream of being a Touhou boss might come true
Thank you! I am glad you enjoyed! Its truly a dream come true
Lobotomy Corporation would be a perfect fit since not many people talk about it, and it's a really good challenge for people that make you accept failure as a mechanic.
Maybe though from what I know about Lobotomy Corp I wouldn’t exactly call it a roguelike
My favorite by far is Shattered pixel dungeon, as it in my opinion best embodies a classic roguelike, but with modern controls and sutch.
Noita is also great, but tends to stop being a roguelike and become an exploration game with permadeath if you look at it from a different angle.
That’s fair both are interesting I know personally I don’t know how to feel about Noita. I know it’s a great game but I don’t see myself getting into it. Though shattered pixel dungeon looks very very interesting
Have you heard of Ship of Fools? Super fun game to play with a friend!
Ive heard of it! But never experienced it myself!
Ooh, I hadn't found a channel dedicated to roguelikes and roguelites yet. I'm here for it, these are probably my favorite genres of games.
EDIT: As far as suggestions for a spotlight, I don't hear anyone outside of my circle of friends talking about Crab Champions.
I love Crab Champions! I played so many hours of it already! Such a good roguelite! And Im glad you are here!
@@roguelikerabbitI fucking live that game, I'm trying to unlock true Chad's, but is so fucking hard.
REQUESTING A VID ON PEGLIN RAAAHHHHHH ‼‼‼
We will see!

Ah, the feeling of getting to the end of a game, knowing that's all there is to the story and most of the content... It may not be a roguelike, but I had that feeling from Outer Wilds, wish I could experience that game all over again.
Though a Roguelike I would reccomend would be Going Under! I love the cheap enterprise style it has going for it, and how it ties to the narrative of the story itself! And who wouldn't want to run around and beat up people with random objects scattered in a room? Great video, curious to see what's next!
Getting to the end of a game that you invest a lot of time and effort in definitely hits you and we will see!
Your mic sounds way better this time
Thank you I have been trying to figure out the right mic levels hopefully it keeps getting better!
Alright youtube, the algorithm worked for once i'll admit it
Thank you! Honestly an honor
Tis added to my endlessly growing "To play" list. How could you share this with me...
I’m sorry I’m just here to spread the good roguelike word
You’re gonna be massive one day, goodluck
Thank you so much I am doing my best to get better with each video!
Just found your channel. Your avatar is adorable.
Thank you! I'm happy to have you here!
Glad the channels that enjoy rougelites/likes still are around and liking the genre. I'm getting sick of people complaining about those types of games, there is so much you can do with the genre and if you don't like it you can just go searching for your type of game.
Roguelikes are a very versatile genre and it would be a shame if people didn't see that!
@@roguelikerabbit Exactly.
