Could the hero hunter of the one punch man universe take down the greatest hero of the my hero verse. For this scenario we will take Season 2 Garou and put him up against the Allmight from the first 3 seasons and first movie. This fight is actually a lot more interesting than you may think and is a lot closer than people would expect it to be. We’ll say for this fight, Garou just pulls up on Class 1A and attempts to run a gauntlet like how he did in OPM. Only this time instead of being met with any s class or pro heroes, he’d face none other than the Symbol of Peace, who’d arrive in a similar state to when he arrived at the USJ. With the symbol of peace enraged, he’d immediately go in for a punch, but Garou sees this coming due to his superior skill and speed, sending All Might punch right back at him. Allmight would question how this happened so suddenly, but he would fix his posture and prepare for what Garous is gonna do next, as the hero Hunter would get in a fighting stance preparing for Allmight. And so with the scenario out the way, the fight would truly begin. Now it’s pretty clear comparing who hits harder, Garou at best is reaching tiers Allmight in his causal 100% form already is at. Garou reasonably should be significantly weaker as Choze’s blasting the manga isn’t nearly as strong as the anime version, rather reaching those city levels of power that Garou already was at. With WANK they’re maybe relative with Allmight still edging him out. As for Speed it’s a little more interesting since Garou is probably way faster than All Might. And due to Allmight already being a brawler type of fighter, Garou is going to have a very easy time reading his movements and parrying his blows. So on one hand we have Garou probably not having the attack potency to bring All Might down but on the other hand Allmight is going to have trouble even landing his hits. It’s kinda a sonic vs genos type situation but it’s a little more complex than this as Garou has different ways to press All Might. He could reflect his power back at him, but his vitals so he gets hurt regardless of his durability, and can even apply Almights way of fighting to his own. Due to this, Garou should just get the W right? Well it would be that easy if All Might didn’t have the power to twist fate along with having the power to somehow push himself beyond his limits. Garou can do this as well but not nearly to the same degree as Allmights gone beyond 100% of his power, despite not even being able to hold his 100% for a few minutes. Even IF somehow someway Garous martial arts was working on All Might, I don’t know what happens when he just says he’s going beyond + ultra, flexes off the attacks that were previously giving him trouble, and twists fate with the shape of his own two hands. Allmight has been put in far worse situations and has managed to overcome them, so to say he’d stop someone like Human Garou is a little silly. Unfortunately, my glorious king does NOT win the matchup and the symbol of peace would bring him down.

I personally don't think scaling off Lighting max is a great speed feat. If you look at the statements, it says that it's either like lighting or " kicks so fast that they could be mistaken for a flash of lightning." And I still don't believe in Genos dodging those lasers was light speed.
Also the genos shooting the house of evolution has an updated version which includes fragmentation, pulverization, and vaporization; but as a whole, I'd say it's in the multicity block + - large town level, which isn't so far off from small city level.

I see it more as a "indominable human spirit" like power than changing fate itself. Basically adrenaline on steroids.

Question: With Garou being faster than AM and his martial arts being specifically designed to re-direct his opponents hits back at them, couldnt he just do that the entire fight making AM damage himself since all he has is physical attacks? AP for garou becomes irrelevant at that point since he could just focus on defense which would also serve as his form of doing damage. Just a thought tho but personally I don't have garou winning until the point you mentioned as well.

@@Jsipki265 in terms of AP its debatable since darkshine can destroy demon+ level monsters with just a "light touch" he mainly scales below monsters like Golden S, but can completely tank evil natural ocean's water cannon's like they're nothing,
in terms of durability Darkshine is way better so it depends
@Jsipki265 Nah it was partly due to AP and also because dark shine had fought against Bang so he had some experience with the martial arts that Garou was using. AM wouldn't have that experience and he's a novice compared to garou when it comes to martial arts.

Does human garou increase his stats when he adapts to his opponents? Because I know monster garou does if so that could be a win condition with garou adapting to the point he gets stronger than all might.
Human Garou mainly grows thru skill, the adaptation for stats doesn’t come in till after he’s hm and nearly dies

Good breakdown, very objective as vs matches should be.
What you forgot to factor in is Garou's ability to adapt to his opponent. If All Might goes beyond, he would likely adapt to that power before All Might could stop him or evolve some way to put All Might down first. I see this actually going pretty similarly to the Darkshine fight, but with significantly more damage to All Might, even if he CAN stop Garou.
The symbol of peace vs The symbol of fear
I think what could allow Garou a better fighting chance is his last full human form. Where he covers his hair in his blood and gets his red eye. I still think this garou is human, but his adrenaline has been pushed to the max. Now, I don't think this would last long, maybe 15 seconds at most. But this attack was so strong that both Bang and Bomb jumped out of the way. If Garou could get a few hits into All Might with this boost in strength before he passes out, it could be just enough to put All Might out for the time. If Garou can hit All Might where his injury happened, I think that just about seals the deal for him. (Just barely).
You take a clear hyperbole about Lighting Max "lighting speed" and then instantly dismiss Radio Waves from Shigi being FTL with no evidence. Alright.
One thing though, you could use Stars and Stripes to upscale All Might since she dodged those Radio Waves (calced at 79% FTL) and she says she cannot be as strong as All Migh meaning All Might (at absolute bare minimum) is 79% FTL.

Wouldn't Garou take notice of All Might's injury and abuse the hell out of that weakness? Garou is the type of fighter that would aim for that injury. Since Garou has enough AP to put Tank top Master down, enough speed to contest upgraded Jacket Genos, and skill to deflect Metal Bat's gradually stronger attacks (Metal Bat's ability is becoming stronger the more pump up or determined he is), he should at minimum cripple All Might if he takes advantage of All Might's injury

AM isn't slower than this Garou. The Deku that dodged and used Faux Fajin blitz the superhuman bullet which was then super charged even further, it's by default going like 5000 mph x whatever her charge was, while Deku being blocks away and move fast enough where rain was frozen in place.
AM is light speed as even a weaker AFO was able to move and traverse at said light speeds.
Darkshine isn't even close to a weakened AM and he kept up with a boosted Garou.
Let alone Prime AM who is now Continental plus. With FTL stats.

Garou would probably transition into Monster Garou after almost getting a near death experience by powerful opponents such: Yuta Okkotsu, Sukuna, Gege Suguru, and even Gojo Satoru.
But Monster Garou is a bit more powerful in some aspects, however he will still have to continuing adapting to special attacks and characters, especially domains and other specific moves.
Cosmic Garou would technically be too much as you said, so it’s overkill.
Would love to see if prime all might could handle any other version of garo, could be fun!

He’d have to rely on his weather changing movies maybe copying deku’s move set but even then Garou still wins against prime all might overall the monster in op are more dangerous than the villains of my hero especially if u compare the top tiers to one another

How is Aoyama’s laser not real? It reflects off of surfaces and it was stated by Hagakure that it dealt no damage to her because her body refracts light proving it’s a real beam of light

I love my man All Might honestly one of my favorite MHA character but god knows that he would get absolutely folded by Garou.
It's not reality warping, it's either adrenaline or plot armor, which, both of wich would be even more available to both. There is no evidence for either All Might or Deku being able to warp reality, if we analise the win even with the future sight predicting failure in the overhaul arc, we will find that yes indeed somebodies quirk manipulated fate, the quirk was called REWIND, not ONE FOR ALL. The likely Scale he has, as is said here is within City-Mountain lvls of AP and Dura, higher with his Martial arts (Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist using the force of his opponents and doubling it back to them plus his own strength)
His speed at bare minimum is High Hypersonic (To dodge Golden Ball's attack and even Death Gatlings Death Shower) though the actuallity is more likely Massively Hypersonic, as this is the speed of Genos' Incineration Beam, which Garou could dodge.
The Highball is if we take into account some of Murata's old tweets and the anime, stating and showing Genos from s1 incineration attacks, being Mountain lvl.
Though Garou dis not get hit directly by G4 Genos Incineration, G4's physical Attacks would likely now by equivalent ot should be jigher than of season1 Genos' Mountain Feat.
So in the upscale of this, Garou now has Mountain lvl durability Minimum with rhe same AP and could be higher to boot.
His speed is also now at light speed at this point, since G4 Genos could dodge light here, and already fought against Awakened Cockroach.
Overall, Human Garou is a formidable opponents, though for Queen Arthuria, as far as I recall, can and probably will casually one shot this version of Garou. But, care to elaborate on her

So in other words. All might in S1 to S3 would be the only one to actually do a damn against Human Garou.
Like a High diff scenario, though I atleast would have like for you to give more emphasis on Garou's martial art that also uses it's opponent own power against them.
So, yeah, techbically All Might could go plus ultra. But Garou's martial art would also be a detriment against him, cause the stronger adn faster he punches against Garou, if Garou manages to redirect at least 1 of those attacks, and would likely hit All Might's vital point on the side of his stomach. There isn't really much All Might could do to a hit twofold his own amped up attack, getting launch straight to his weak point.
At least, that is how I see things ending up. Overall, a high diff for both fighters. Though I would still give the win to Garou personally

Long answer thanks to him being agile actually skilled in combat, being faster, having overall better stats, being able to crush bones in one attack, reflecting attacks and most importantly being able to adapt.
