When I think about it, Darkshine and Metal Bat are basically opposite. When Darkshine takes damage he looses his will to fight and gets weaker, when Metal Bat takes damage he gets more determined to win and then becomes stronger.

The recent MHA chapter confirms that Heroes Rising is Canon+ the MHA vigilantes feats actually make All-Might seem even stronger and faster. And All-Might canonically did hero duties in 100-200+ cities in a single day iirc. He's THAT fast.
Yeah, all might after 72 hours of straight work, he travelled for half Japan in few seconds and literally beat 12 villains, saved civilians and repaired the houses and building in 3 seconds
Looking only at peak feats, it's pretty close. But if we take character failures & defeats into account as well, I feel like All Might is way less durable. We see him get hurt and trapped in a lot of situations that wouldn't pose any threat to Darkshine. Darkshine takes the durability W in my book due to consistency, but I still feel like All Might wins when Darkshine loses his witts in the face of fiery determination
Remember that we see All-might get hammered ONLY after he is running at fumes of his power, has complete liver failure and missing one lung (? If I am not mistaken). We only ever saw him post-All might fight (1st fight, not 2nd fight that we saw). At peak his speed and explosive strength can be compared to a detonation of a nuclear device.
But we’re not using prime all might we’re going for ALL MIGHT his old self who is at his peak but with an injury so he isn’t at this prime, you just basically said how all might will lose All might at the start will give darkshine an incredible fight but All might even with his determination will run out of steam when facing darkshine because like the commenter said Darkshine’s attacks will genuinely damage all might due to a lack of consistency on his durability so if somehow a miracle All might manages to be conscious at the longer parts of the fight he’ll be injured and out of steam to fight any longer will darkshine his stamina is at its physical peak like he just started fighting of course all the attacks All might gave him would of course damage especially united states of smash but it won’t be enough to knock him out so simply he’ll just outlast All might All might has 2 ways of winning the first one is be so determined and keep fighting and damage darkshine continuously until Darkshine’s mentality breaks-down or He uses plus ultra on Darkshine when his confidence starts to weaken at the end of the fight because its confirmed darkshine’s mentality is the only reason golden S was able to knock him out so he becomes a lot less durable the lower his mentality so if All might uses plus ultra at that moment he might win

Im fairly certain also that these times Shiggy was compared to Prime Might, he had his powers erased. Best Jeanist said that his speed was comparable to AM’s speed in his prime whilst when All For One was in control of Shiggy’s body, he took a combined attack and compared to that of Prime Might. Another thing to when I was watching, the comparison for Shiggy if he’s prime might level, I think its best to say that when he got his modifications, he was likely on weakened all mights level, but as said, by this point he’s definitely on his level, likely even higher. The hero rising arc in canon so that Nabu Island Feat can be used. In that movie deku and bakugo have a shared feat of nullifying a storm many magnitudes larger than Nabu Island. Not only did they nullify it but made the storm spin too. Nabu Island itself is a very large island as it has mountain in it. Also Prime all might scales above Both current shigi and star and Stripes. Star and stripes was able to create a nuke and shigi tanked it. A weaker version of shigi literally woke up and completely decayed a large city, and shigi quirk isn't even supposed to be DC type like one for all Also you have star and stripes capable of Dodging lasers, base deku avoiding naoyma navel laser (stated to be light) and deku capable of outspeeding a Quirk rifle Bullet about to hit a person, the fact all might scales above them. I believe at first, the fight would go in darkshines favor. But all mights sheer will to not give up will slowly wear down darkshines spirit, with the use of consecutive punches and plus ultra, all might will eventually break his spirit and his punches will start doing damage. This will stack up just like darkshines fight against garou where he will inevitably lose. However i believe instead of leaving him defeated, all might will consult darkshine to fix his confidence. Probably along the lines of "What hero would i be to shatter a fellow hero's spirit." With a flashback to his first meeting with deku. Which will start round 2 where they truely go for an all out battle with darkshines spirit burning like never before, which ends with darkshine taking the W this time. However they will probably help eachother up and before good friends afterwards.
I’d also like to point out that we technically don’t know which All Might they refer to since he was stated to be WAY stronger during his Prime, when he goes over ultra it’s the same I think, but baseline prime might would have a better chance
In my opinion, All might is stronger and faster, but Darkshine is so durable that he could probably tank his punches until all might get exhausted, and then take the upper hand. Of course it depend if it is prime all might or not, in his prime he had insane stamina.
Darkshine is way stronger. Best attack feat of All might is not even City level, even if it is (which is not) its not even close heres why. Darkshine is faster than all might he blitzed Garou while weakened, poisoned, fatigued, and injured can Deflect a Modified Gatling gun (which can empty the entire clip in seconds. And if that laser feats is real and you accept that, you have to accept that Genos actually dodged a laser from G4 point blank (and multiple of them.) And actually Genos took G4 Suit and became stronger and yet Still cant tag a weakened Garou. And a stronger version of that Garou got blitzed by darkshine. Darkshine tanked Golden S and Vomited furher ugly, (One, the author actually said that Golden S is Equal in strength to Orochi which has a small planetary feat "Gaia Cannon") he tanked both above dragon and survived (not that much hurt.) He is fast enough to blitz garou and could be ftl if Laser feat is actually accepted. And strong enough to casually one tap a demon level monster than can actually with feats, destroy a whole city. Like literal Tap. He tanked a multi Continental level monster and survived.
How would the other my hero protagonist Koichi handle heroes from OPM? Skycrawler’s stats probably put him in A tier, but he does have canonical ultra instinct. He could probably make it to low-S tier, but he’d probably get walled after Prisoner or Tank Top

FYI, dodging or reacting to lasers =\= a speed of light or FTL feat. The usual portrayal of laser weapons in fiction is NOT the same mechanics of a photon. In order for something to travel at the speed of light, the particle or object has to have 0 mass. Lasers in fiction (and in MHA) clearly have mass, mainly because their impact generates forces on whatever objects they come into contact with. If you’re familiar with high school physics; F = m•a. In order for an object to generate force, it must have mass. Lasers in fiction (again including MHA) displace objects, cause explosions and a variety of other behaviors attributed to having mass. So when a character dodges a laser, the feat is Supersonic to Hypersonic at best.
He uses vsbattles wiki as a legit source to justify dodging lasers being a valid FTL feat. That alone made me distrust anything he said. I hate vsbattle wiki’s scaling logic.
Don't apply real life logic to a world where people can create black holes and something like decay is possible. Also naoyma navel beam was stated to be light and it also has the properties of light as it can be deflected by mirrors etc. Base deku was able to dodge that. So again Irrelevant.

Would be a good fight regardless, plus All Might has a better mentality and would not give up, he would tap into the vestiges and pull the win and likely make DarkShine lose confidence during the middle/end of their fight.
Althougu AM is powerful,hes too slow for DS. AM at his prime was at best supersonic. Darky has scaling that gets him to MHS+. People also talk about Darkys glass will yet it wouldnt ever falter against AM for 1 reason. 1. All Might is the ideal of hope and not giving up. If anything, he'd constantly compliment DS and vice versa. Both are encouraging each other. This is only gonna keep DS headstrong in the entire fight. DS ftw and med diff as he has the massive speed advantage.

Human Garou would absolutely obliterate Akaza, he’s got the much better fighting instincts and surely can BS his way into whatever the fuck Tanjiro did to beat Akaza. He also can immediately copy his enemy’s techniques and utilize them, so he has ample time to counter Akaza and work out a way to beat him. All of Demon Slayer is fodder for anyone outside (or inside) their universe because of both how weak characters are outside of that verse and how terrible the writing is in the verse.

You underestimate Darkshine way too much, and the OPM verse as a whole, being city level in OPM is that verses cities, which are country sized. Darkshine can one tap with a light touch Deep Sea King who is in that range, then one tapped Bug God that is stronger than that and went on to beat Carnage Mode Carnage Kabuto who should be low end continental at least in power. So Darkshine is at least continental is striking power, ftl in speed and reaction speed and his durability is probably multi-continental. He would beat All Might by an accident, no concept of difficulty
That's upscaling Darkshine to the level of Golden Sperm (who Actually could be Multicontinental due to fan calculations and the fact he Is like 43 Trillion Black Sperms merged together). But honestly he isn't as powerful as Golden, even if you wanna say he could potentially throw hands with him. The fact Is Golden Sperm was a tankier, stronger and shinier version of Darkshine. In any case scenario Darkshine still loses against Golden (until he gets a buff in the manga or something). Golden just One shotted Darkshine and he said he was far too weak. To top it all off, Twice needs to know the exact characteristics of this person to copy someone, and given that he does not know the exact characteristics (height, weight, foot size) of all the characters you listed, we can conclude that most of them he will not be able to use them as clones. I'd give it to Darkshine. Bug God is insanely durable. He is the most durable Demon level Monster by far and it is even heavily suggested that his durability is of Dragon level capacity, even in his base form. Considering that he easily tanked attacks from Red Garou with absolutely 0 damage sustained, and it's likely he could tank anything Genos puts out, his durability would at LEAST be town level by very basic scaling, since Genos at the very beginning was already around town levels of power at the beginning. More likely, Bug God's durability in just base form alone is reaching somewhere around city levels of power. Meanwhile, after Bug God transformed, Darkshine effortlessly OBLITERATED Bug God's entire upper body with a casual jab, like Saitama would do to a Monster. Even a casual jab, not a serious attack, is already bordering on at least city levels of power from Darkshine. His durability is even higher than that. There are also ways to highball him to island level. I can't put All Might on that level of physical power tbh.

Spiral Garou stronger then Golden? What are you smoking? Golden One shotted Darkshine (and called him far too Weak), and he left him with a bruise un his cheek after punching him in the face. And Spiral could barely do Damage to Darkshine (i mean he did with his techniques). But It was internal damage.

With recent chapters, I'd say the top tiers in MHA could most definitely solo a few of the higher tier characters of OPM. Prime All Might, Deku, Star, Bakugo, Shigaraki, Todoroki, and Endeavor pretty much fall under the FTL/ large country level range. By higher tiers, I mean characters that have similar stats to Tank Top Master, Genos, Sonic, and *maybe* Flashy. I say maybe for Flash because his best speed feat (which was his 3-way battle with Garou and Platinum) doesn't exceed FTL, but some wank him to MFTL. 🤷 Needless to say, any chatacter thats not around S level probably gets annihilated.

Atomic samurai has shown way more feats like dueling with silver fang who you can say has the most combat skill in opm and zoro is mostly reliant on his haki. Atomic samurai is thousands of times faster than light and he can cut on an atomic level, hence the name "atomic" samurai.. Zoro hasn't shown feats that would make it challenging for atomic samurai to win. You can make the argument that zoro has better reaction speed with observation, but when atomic uses sun blade its over. Atomic samurai wins, I dont think this should even be a discussion.
I would argue that Allmight being 60x weaker than his prime when talking about the number of blows difference overestimates the difference in strength because of factors of resistance, and regen vs speed. Because even doubling speed can greatly outpace the same regen while resistance works significantly more effectively the closer the blow strength is to the resistance/durability level. When compared to durability of the opponent the strength to damage increase is not linear. While when compared with regen increase power output and speed of blows multiply by each other in effectiveness.
Golden S stated that what Darkshine took is just a meager damage. With his full confidence, Darkshine destroys All Might, Carnage Kabuto alone would give All Might a run for his life, and Darkshine destroyed Kabuto in minutes. You also have to take note that Red Garou used Crossfang Dragon Slayer Fist on Darkshine and he is withstanding it if Garou never evolved.

Looking only at peak feats, it's pretty close. But if we take character failures & defeats into account as well, I feel like All Might is way less durable. We see him get hurt and trapped in a lot of situations that wouldn't pose any threat to Darkshine. Darkshine takes the durability W in my book due to consistency, but I still feel like All Might wins when Darkshine loses his witts in the face of fiery determination
Remember that we see All-might get hammered ONLY after he is running at fumes of his power, has complete liver failure and missing one lung (? If I am not mistaken).
We only ever saw him post-All might fight (1st fight, not 2nd fight that we saw).
At peak his speed and explosive strength can be compared to a detonation of a nuclear device.
But we’re not using prime all might we’re going for ALL MIGHT his old self who is at his peak but with an injury so he isn’t at this prime, you just basically said how all might will lose All might at the start will give darkshine an incredible fight but All might even with his determination will run out of steam when facing darkshine because like the commenter said Darkshine’s attacks will genuinely damage all might due to a lack of consistency on his durability so if somehow a miracle All might manages to be conscious at the longer parts of the fight he’ll be injured and out of steam to fight any longer will darkshine his stamina is at its physical peak like he just started fighting of course all the attacks All might gave him would of course damage especially united states of smash but it won’t be enough to knock him out so simply he’ll just outlast All might

Both the light feats for mha were simply hit by the lasers first and then used their quirks on them.
Here’s the thing almost no one was physically able to only fuher uglys acid was able to hurt him even golden s wasn’t able to hurt him physically

But all mights sheer will to not give up will slowly wear down darkshines spirit, with the use of consecutive punches and plus ultra, all might will eventually break his spirit and his punches will start doing damage. In my opinion, All might is stronger and faster, but Darkshine is so durable that he could probably tank his punches until all might get exhausted, and then take the upper hand. Of course it depend if it is prime all might or not, in his prime he had insane stamina.

Darkshine is faster than all might he blitzed Garou while weakened, poisoned, fatigued, and injured can Deflect a Modified Gatling gun (which can empty the entire clip in seconds. And if that laser feats is real and you accept that, you have to accept that Genos actually dodged a laser from G4 point blank (and multiple of them.) And actually Genos took G4 Suit and became stronger and yet Still cant tag a weakened Garou. And a stronger version of that Garou got blitzed by darkshine.
Darkshine tanked Golden S and Vomited furher ugly, (One, the author actually said that Golden S is Equal in strength to Orochi which has a small planetary feat "Gaia Cannon") he tanked both above dragon and survived (not that much hurt.)

FYI, dodging or reacting to lasers =\= a speed of light or FTL feat. The usual portrayal of laser weapons in fiction is NOT the same mechanics of a photon. In order for something to travel at the speed of light, the particle or object has to have 0 mass. Lasers in fiction (and in MHA) clearly have mass, mainly because their impact generates forces on whatever objects they come into contact with. If you’re familiar with high school physics; F = m•a. In order for an object to generate force, it must have mass.
Lasers in fiction (again including MHA) displace objects, cause explosions and a variety of other behaviors attributed to having mass. So when a character dodges a laser, the feat is Supersonic to Hypersonic at best.
He uses vsbattles wiki as a legit source to justify dodging lasers being a valid FTL feat. That alone made me distrust anything he said. I hate vsbattle wiki’s scaling logic.

All of Demon Slayer is fodder for anyone outside (or inside) their universe because of both how weak characters are outside of that verse and how terrible the writing is in the verse.

Darkshine can one tap with a light touch Deep Sea King who is in that range, then one tapped Bug God that is stronger than that and went on to beat Carnage Mode Carnage Kabuto who should be low end continental at least in power. So Darkshine is at least continental is striking power, ftl in speed and reaction speed and his durability is probably multi-continental. He would beat All Might by an accident, no concept of difficulty

Considering that he easily tanked attacks from Red Garou with absolutely 0 damage sustained, and it's likely he could tank anything Genos puts out, his durability would at LEAST be town level by very basic scaling, since Genos at the very beginning was already around town levels of power at the beginning. More likely, Bug God's durability in just base form alone is reaching somewhere around city levels of power.
Meanwhile, after Bug God transformed, Darkshine effortlessly OBLITERATED Bug God's entire upper body with a casual jab, like Saitama would do to a Monster.
Even a casual jab, not a serious attack, is already bordering on at least city levels of power from Darkshine. His durability is even higher than that.

With recent chapters, I'd say the top tiers in MHA could most definitely solo a few of the higher tier characters of OPM. Prime All Might, Deku, Star, Bakugo, Shigaraki, Todoroki, and Endeavor pretty much fall under the FTL/ large country level range. He then blitzed the bullet itself. So that Hypersonic arguement you have is null. Towards the end of the series, both Shigaraki and Deku maintain their power levels and even rise above that of Prime All Might. And that is made very obvious. Given that shigaraki was already on this level before receiving his quirks again. There's nothing inconsistent about the recent chapters in manga.

Atomic samurai has shown way more feats like dueling with silver fang who you can say has the most combat skill in opm and zoro is mostly reliant on his haki. Atomic samurai is thousands of times faster than light and he can cut on an atomic level, hence the name "atomic" samurai.. Zoro hasn't shown feats that would make it challenging for atomic samurai to win. You can make the argument that zoro has better reaction speed with observation, but when atomic uses sun blade its over. Atomic samurai wins, I dont think this should even be a discussion.

I would argue that Allmight being 60x weaker than his prime when talking about the number of blows difference overestimates the difference in strength because of factors of resistance, and regen vs speed.
Because even doubling speed can greatly outpace the same regen while resistance works significantly more effectively the closer the blow strength is to the resistance/durability level.
When compared to durability of the opponent the strength to damage increase is not linear. While when compared with regen increase power output and speed of blows multiply by each other in effectiveness.
