If so, then Domain expansion will never hit him, or he can choose to just not let them use it. It is a very important Question because ignoring the rules of the world is why Sans is so strong.

If this fight was written by Toby, Sans would tire out before killing Gojo, going to sleep in front of him and leaving himself open for a Purple. If this fight was written by Gege, Gojo would get him with Unlimited Void, and at the moment where he lands the killing blow, Gaster would make his apearence to save Sans, putting a three-page-lenght of explanation on how Sans had a piece of Gaster's mind inside of him for being one of his followers in the Heian Era that awokened once Sans was hit by the domain and not only tank it for him but also used it to learn how to manifest phisicaly and bypass Gojo's infinity, killing him with a Gaster Blaster off-screen, leaving only the legs while the upper body is reduced to ashes blown by the wind. Sans has an other advantage with that rule breaking thingy, I don't remember about how many deaths you need for it to happen, but on the 4th or 5th attempt he starts to bait you with his beautiful day monologue before interrupting it midway to take you when your guard is down, that added with him attacking in the menu means he would have no problem breaking the "no attack during dialogues rule" so even if gojo tried to activate his domain, sans could attack during that frame

As an undertale fan who's been just filling my brain with undertale for 9 years with only canonical knowledge,I can tell that the Undertale Fandom is a hellish place.
Treating the Undertale combat system like a domain expansion is actually a really good idea. Given that however, I think Gojo's domain is likely more refined then Sans' would be. Even further based upon the interpretation of Sans' timeline awareness it's possible he's actually hundreds or thousands of years old based on how long Flowey SAVED and LOADED until Frisk fell down. He could potentially have a resistance to information overload.

Pretty sure it would matter a lot, actually. RCT heals by returning the body's shape to that of the soul. Time and time again, we see that RCT has trouble healing attacks that directly target the soul. Anytime Gojo gets hit by Sans' attacks, the damage is permanent for the rest of the fight.
I honestly forgot that sans is this unexpectedly strong, not because of any direct strength but by his sheer knowledge in quantum mechanics and powers that allow him to bend the rules

I hardly understand how sans cheating inside battle mode is supposed to help him, as the moment a kid attacks twice he dies, while he was constantly attacking in it's opponent turn, dodging and altering controls, heck most of this can't even be considered cheating as dodging is a feat of being faster than frisk, match 3-7 as frisk is able to dodge sound waves casually, altering controls is a passive effect of changing the direction of gravity, and attacking on someone else's turn is something even asgore does(by breaking the mercy button on your turn), and btw no one calls out asgore for cheating.

If this fight was written by Gege, Gojo would get him with Unlimited Void, and at the moment where he lands the killing blow, Gaster would make his apearence to save Sans, putting a three-page-lenght of explanation on how Sans had a piece of Gaster's mind inside of him for being one of his followers in the Heian Era that awokened once Sans was hit by the domain and not only tank it for him but also used it to learn how to manifest phisicaly and bypass Gojo's infinity, killing him with a Gaster Blaster off-screen, leaving only the legs while the upper body is reduced to ashes blown by the wind.

Sans has an other advantage with that rule breaking thingy, I don't remember about how many deaths you need for it to happen, but on the 4th or 5th attempt he starts to bait you with his beautiful day monologue before interrupting it midway to take you when your guard is down, that added with him attacking in the menu means he would have no problem breaking the "no attack during dialogues rule" so even if gojo tried to activate his domain, sans could attack during that frame

Treating the Undertale combat system like a domain expansion is actually a really good idea. Given that however, I think Gojo's domain is likely more refined then Sans' would be. Even further based upon the interpretation of Sans' timeline awareness it's possible he's actually hundreds or thousands of years old based on how long Flowey SAVED and LOADED until Frisk fell down. He could potentially have a resistance to information overload.

It's unlikely he'll be able to land a hit, given Sans' abilities, and like the video explains, Sans attacks would be attacks on the soul, which is something Limitless can't stop. Gojo would go in arrogant, not thinking it could be hit, and then it'd be over. Sans uses his strongest attack first, always. XD
Even Assuming Gojo survives that initial strike, which is unlikely, Sans is too fast for his attacks to hit easily, so it'd just be a matter of time till Gojo went down, given he has no dodge instincts, having always relied on limitless to render attacks against him moot.

I hardly understand how sans cheating inside battle mode is supposed to help him, as the moment a kid attacks twice he dies, while he was constantly attacking in it's opponent turn, dodging and altering controls, heck most of this can't even be considered cheating as dodging is a feat of being faster than frisk, match 3-7 as frisk is able to dodge sound waves casually, altering controls is a passive effect of changing the direction of gravity, and attacking on someone else's turn is something even asgore does(by breaking the mercy button on your turn), and btw no one calls out asgore for cheating.

Plot: gojo is send to underground to exorcise all the curses but there is only one "curse" That stands a chance to stop him.
His first curse is flowey and flowey hits his soul directly and gojo questions what was that, how did it hurt me, then sees he is trapped in a box like structure with pellets coming at him from all around and it will depend if toriel blasts flowey with a fireball to save him or not since we are limited to game rules and not knowing we can attack, but then he hears toriel side of the explanation cause he probably wants to know why a "curse" saved him from another curse and then learns the lore of the land while taking it easy with sans playing pranks on people
