    A tried and tested routine for INSANE pump and Completely ROUND shoulders.
    A great routine to add in your GYM ARSENAL!
    Following is what we performed in this routine.
    Shoulder Press (Behind the Neck)
    4 sets of 8 reps
    Side Raises
    6 sets of 25 reps
    Bend over Delt fly
    3 sets of 12 reps
    Dumbbell Shrugs
    6 sets of 8-10 reps
    Face Pulls (Mid Pully)
    3 sets of 12 reps
    Upright Row (Mid Pully)
    4 sets of 10 reps

    The first shoulder press behind the neck is the same as the in front of the neck shoulder press, and shouldn't be done because it puts your shoulder joints in a vulnerable position and makes them susceptible to injury, therefore it should be replaced with the regular in front of the neck shoulder press.

    when i exercises i feel my left shoulder weekness after 2seat of every set
    its normal or i do more work on left shoulder
