Hi Guys - I've been watching your workout routines for sometime now however I cannot see back and triceps split routine shown by you. So as per my understanding this is another great split exercise as during back exercise my biceps normally get pumped up so just to add on extra to my arms lets train triceps too. Looking forward for your back and triceps split soon
