    Please tell the precautions to be taken during leg press.
    As I have done it day before yeasterday during leg exercise.. Now am having pain in my lower back while walking and bending.. I am unable to get what mistake i have done during my exercise.. So please help and suggest some way to relieve pain..

    Bhaiya!!plz make a session for Home gym guide for each muscle....I have total 30kg plates,two dumbell rod and 1 barbell(don't have any bench for press or chest exercise,except ground and some cushions😋)and don't have any proper home guide...I spent 2yrs in gym but now due to not having proper time can't go to gym,but still have that gym addiction...Even in TH-cam there is no proper training routine for home gym except 1 or 2 channel,but they are not professional like u...plz plz plz create that session paji☺☺...Love from Kolkata 👍👍😊☺
