So I am on a 30 day strength training regime and I have been stretching but clearly not enough cos I was in so much pain especially my hips and glutes. I am gonna come back to this 2 times a week. I already feel better after this stretch than any time after my workouts. Thank you so much Danielle. ♥️♥️♥️

While the aesthetics of the video are very nice, I felt like the routine was all over the place for the first half of the video, unfortunately. It got better after that, with the individual movements flowing more naturally after each other, but I was still missing detailed explanations on how to properly perform each position and what areas to look out for.
Exercises are very hard for just a beginner and it's not that much for such an in flexible person like me... It's pains what which is not good at first I think the things shouldn't pain much but later on yea they will be okay and can pain
