For real man, watching high-rank games just made me realize that they're not those insanely skilled demi-gods and sometimes get carried there by others, climb on lucky winstreaks or just play so much it becomes a numbers game
When i do bad or just don't win a game and there's an ass saying "Yo, you hardstuck, i'm diamond (Or whatever), you'll never reach what i peak", youjust answer "If you are Whatever Rank above me, then i'm sure i'll get there soon if YOU got there". That boils their blood, guarantee.

Honestly Jungle and Support really are the most impactful roles in the game, but calling a role OP is stupid. I've seen Toplane Teemo's turn games around with genius shroom placements. I've seen Karthus APC One-Tap everybody. I've seen Tahm Kench support survive an 1v9 situation with full HP left. There is no ''OP'' role. It all comes down to Strong Meta , Strong OFF-Meta, Knowledge, Mechanics etc.
I am a good Jungler but Perry might have a chance to jg diff me with Yuumi. That's the diff, the person behind the screen is the biggest diff.

You'd be surprised, he's a jungle player and a viego player. He's double elo inflation. So he's probably a high diamond player, inflated into masters. His rank obviously gave him an ego which is preventing him from admitting mistakes which is causing him to make it impossible to improve. If you've been near a "high rank" you'll understand how it feels to think you're better than others.

Perry is literally a lifeguard trying to save a drowning man, who wants to drown, blames the ocean for him not being able to swim, tries to take his lifeguard down with him and has much better chances at doing that rather than swimming.
Physical pain every time this client opens their mouth. Every instance Perry points out a legit mistake, something that could be improved on, client is either silent and dismissing it, or outright calls out a FLIPPING ZERI HEAL for missing Jarvan EQ.

@@AWPPERMoon1what I do is quick cast all abilities and then I have built in preset command for making them self cast and normal cast on the spot.
That in itself is not that bad. Depends on champion for one. Secondly, people overvalue these small things. Pinnacle of WoW pvp a Warlock was rank 1 and he was CLICKING his abilities which was already laughed at as some noob thing to do. It objectively is but it's not what will keep you from performing. Same with quick cast vs normal cast. On itself this is NOT what will keep you from winning.

Ye, you can feel that resentment everytime he just goes silent after Perry points a mistake or tests his knowledge/decisions. And then as soon as his fragile ego mind comes up with an excuse, he just blurts it out in attempt to deflect.
Like 24:02-24:42 - Perry asks him why is he doing blue buff if he thinks Kindred's bot. The easiest (and sanest) response would be to simply repeat his thought process, which was probably along the lines "since Kindred is (should be) bot, I thought I had time to get it". And then Perry could've explained to him why that's incorrect. But since he already knows it's mistake since Perry is asking him about it, his ego doesn't allow him to admit it and thus open himself up to criticism and correction. So he instead he silently seethes for 6 seconds and then blurts out the stupid shit about getting CDR. Even the way he says it, is this annoyed passive-aggresive question response, as if he wants to show it's obviously the right choice, so why is Perry grilling him on it.

Listen man, as a bronze/silver jungler, thinking that you are better than your elo and that what is keeping you hard stuck is your teammates is not it chief, you literally contradicted yourself one time doing a play expecting your teammate to do your niche secret plan that no one thought about except you, and the other one not doing the most obvious play thinking your teammates are going to screw it up. I really am wondering, how can I actually prevent laners from dying? I have the same problem of tracking the enemy Jungler amazingly, give everyone call outs, mid and top listens and survives multiple ganks but Botlane just refuses to ward and not fast-push the wave 24/7. My pings are also SPAM pings till I can't ping anymore 20 seconds before the gank. What could I do better to actually prevent those deaths? I'd like to drop this comment before going into the video after hearing the first few things. Cuz I feel like in a lot of my games that's what happens and besides me counter-ganking or warding for them, I can't see of a different way to save those kills. I do invade enemy topside and get Grubs for example obviously, but I really want my teammates to NOT die. What would you suggest Perry?
You can't really do anything besides playing better/playing for them, but that's not what you really want to do every time if your botlane isn't your win condition.
There are some times you can bait them into doing things you want (ie splitting so they do baron, pushing with them so they get plates/tower, ganking then doing an objective, warding/pinging for invades), really specifics things, but not about them playing better or dying less, thats out of your control.
Every game just assume your teammates are useless and you gotta 1v9, you already know they are monkeys so you gotta not depend on them for you to do things.

this is like every masters I've seen, they have practically 0 understanding of the game. you're having to go way above and beyond league coaching for this guy. You literally have to be his therapist helping him dissolve his hyper delusional thinking and attitude. Which is something even highly trained professionals struggle with.

Everyone thinks it gets better as you rank up, but it doesn’t. People make less mistakes, but the ones they do make are punished far harder. If anything, it gets worse because egos are out of control at higher ranks. I’ve had chat muted for months in master/GM because the toxicity is worse than ever in this ELO.

Doesn’t getting red first mess up the sequencing of his minor camp second respawns? When he goes to clear raptors the second time, his second Krugs won’t be up for another ~30s which makes his second clear awkward. Personally I would still do his clear and just try to be faster to crab through better clearing mechanics or be content with Kindred getting the crab. It’s not a big of a deal to be down 1 crab.
Well, there is only so much you can do to speed up your clear.
Also being faster at crab/first gank bot is more important.

The problem this guy has is that he is kinda right. If you put him in a challenger lobby there would be less mistakes from both sides meaning the game would be more winnable. What he doesn’t understand tho is if everyone played perfect his small mistakes would be major ones. Like even if his teammates made less mistakes the ones he is making would increase in how significant they are to the game.
He is not a challenger and doesn't play in challenger so none of that shit matters. He uses the exact same arguments bronzes use as to why he isn't at his "deserved" rank

Hi Perry, when I initially don't agree with my coach (chippys) on a mistake, I explain my thought process at the time. Then he can explain the build up on the mistake better. Perhaps you could have asked him about his process of thinking, and try to adjust instead of saying you make mistake x here and mistake y there. Since this guy was only defensive about your coaching style. As a coach you should also be able to adapt to the situation ;). I bet he could not follow your train of thoughts as quickly as you could.

He's hypercritical of everyone else yet he can do no wrong, even as we watch him misplay over and over again.
The fight where he misses Braum Q and then goes "I got unlucky with the Braum Q" is crazy.

if he wants to try a different playstyle, then when you ask him "what can I do for you?" he can say "I would like to learn a new playstyle." but he just chooses "I think your playstyle is bad".
Mistakes I noticed in just the first game:
Suboptimal jungle route; krugs before red.
1. Got to crab late.
2. Failed to communicate.
3. Failed to capitalize on mid opportunity.
4. Didn't use E in bot fight
5. Possessed Braum for literally no reason
6. Missed Braum Q because "unlucky"
7. Then Fails to use flash, dies
8. Got to second crab late.
9. Did Blue before grubs because he thinks 10 ability haste is more important objectives/tempo.
10. He didn't pink ward the grubs to deny vision (seems like she had vision)
11. He didn't pull grubs out because it would "slow his clear" even though clearing 2 seconds slower is a perfectly fine trade off for reliably securing the grub.
12. He failed to combo his abilities with smite to execute it when it was in ideal smite range. Grub sat at 550hp for a BIT, when it should have taken a smite to the dome INSTANTLY.
13. He didn't anticipate top gank after grub steal even though we watched her walk top.
14. Overvalues kindred mark in this context, MASSIVELY.
15. Thinks he's a mind reader, but is objectively wrong.
16. He also seems to think it's a solved game and is getting clobbered by people doing things he's not expecting.
17. Like yeah bro, if the enemy always did what we were expecting, we would all be challenger. So delusional.
18. He didn't fight Kindred while Sett was cut off by tower and they had just used everything on Zac, even though he has a good q angle.
19. He missed smite on his gromp by smiting early for literally no reason.
20. Then he gave up gromp and died to the kindred because he stayed to try to get gromp without the tools to secure it (tools he chose to waste) which honestly just seemed like a rage decision.
I'm listening to him talk and literally going "you're craaaazzzyyyyy" out loud (in a VERY concerned tone) because I am just that shocked a real human being can be this delusional.
I'm never sweating another moron in this game again.

There's absolutely no way this is real. I'm 15 minutes in the video and I'm already losing my mind. So far there's nothing you can teach him to improve, there's no external factor that can fix or improve the state he's in.
It's absolutely wild to pay for a coaching session with the hope, not to be told how to improve, but for getting back pats and "no, sweetie you're perfect".

18:14 the thing is that even past the fact that she just neglected her mark, objectives are always more valuable than one mark on kindred. there was also a chance mark spawns on gromp (if it was alive) so pathing top, where her camps are up AS WELL is just way better for her in general. shes also ahead and knows ur going to try crossmap contest grubs since she got drag, so why wouldnt she fight when her top has prio too? im iron lmao but if this dude is master then im not too far off challenger
