Just 2 cents, really humble ones.
I've been following Pink Ward forever. There is nothing, NOTHING, that he does in his gameplay that hasn't been tested a lot, and the mistakes margins for him are very very low. He literally reads players that plays against him. He decided to play in a very high risk high reward zone, and his little health bar in our eyes, it's made of million of pieces he has the experience to manage. And this works at lower ranked because people don't know the game, but works better at high ranks, cause people is so freaking self confident they believe they know how to top him, and they all fall trying.
You can't top him, cause he's the best at what he does, his playstile can be mocked but his efficiency at doing it is unique.
The best way to win a lane against him, is to farm and ignore him, build something that absorb small damage easily, avoid full commitment EVER. Then move to teamplay. What it will happen is that he will lose interest in your lane and will start to roam to get the advantage is not getting from you. So even if you lose the game at least you can't say you lost your lane. But you will never win it unless you get camped, which means his team will have easy way to get advantage.
And it's not annoying or psycho. It's just clever. And admittely I tryed to play like that at low elo, and it's FUN, not because you make life of people miserable, but because you literally have to be creative to play it efficiently. And i'm not referring to the laning phase, but to the rest of match. It's a playstile that doesn't rely on anyone to be succesfull, and gives you a lot of freedom and choices
Only way to win vs him is play fiora or illoai it's the 2 champs I've ever seen give him a hard time lmfao

The thing about shaco ult is the cooldown starts as soon as you cast it, so it feels even shorter than it is (which is really short, especially with cdr, think it's similar to lux ult. So if you use the clone a lot it's got a lot of up-time.
60/50/40 lux ult
100/90/80 shaco ult with 18s of clone lifetime. So if clone times out, it's 82/72/62.
Its really not that hard to check these things.
His game iq, planning, and ability to change course on the fly is what makes him so damn good and entertaining to watch. Like the Jax kill at 17:30, he started prepping and putting down boxes for that kill 60 seconds before at 16:30. Might not sound like a lot but 60 seconds is long time in high elo. Then he executes the kill perfectly and makes it look so easy against GM players.

Teemo, Zyra are like shaco. On extreme cooldown and late game u can keep spamming shrooms and flowers.
Thats what most teams dont know how effective a shaco is. I get flamed too because they want me in fight. But if u got traps then u be mining the whole map and standing more back. Wish teams would understand this more and use it tactical instead flame and zero input on gameplay. Before objective comes I be setting up traps. The eneme team must go to objective and gotta look out for traps. Thats really powerfull.
Basicly how I see when u got those champs is to let them rotate and boobytrap more. Pinkward does this naturally he a legend. Also his past wasnt the best so seeing him win is something many in time wont accomplish. Its hard staying gaming 25 years but thats what alot gonna learn. :D Not everyone sticks to what he does and pinks does best.

Sghacco top is anoying, but the secret of ap shacco is to ignore him. He has only one spell and one or two boosted autos to make damage basicaly... box and clone too, but that need ennemy to allowed him to trap them.
AP Shacco is scary, but not that good in reality :D.
Ad shacco is different since you can't ignor him or he destroy your entire backline :D

I have seen him be down like 0-10, come back and still make people look dumber than hammered shit. Then win the game. The other day the whole enemy team was calling him names, all chasing him, he literally ruined their lives in the last 5 min. of the game and solo won it. It was hilarious.

He demonstrates why you shouldnt copy paste another player, but instead craft your own playstyle that suits you as an individual.

Been watching him for years. He’s one of my favorites by far. He’s such a good dude and has always been himself. Pokerick and xpetu are two of my other favorites. I took a break from league for a while and coming back and seeing some wholesome creators be major figures is awesome.

@@einfachiggi Lots of abilities don't work that way though, Yorick ult starts on maiden death for example, almost all self-cast shield CD's start when the shield breaks too.

Pink ward also changes walk direction right after the box is placed, canceling the animation making it even harder to tell
Yeah, rewatched the moment. He pressed B then walked forward pressed W and then walk back. Hard to tell if it's recall cancel or movement animation. Only way to track is actually mana

Baus is actually Pinkward's best counter because Baus just doesn't interact with his Shaco and Shaco can't stop his proxying without being behind. Look at their past clips against each other. Although, Baus best counter is ppl like TFBlade and that Aatrox main because they can capitalize greatly being fed by Baus.

Pink Ward is goated, he's one of the worst enemies you can have, and one of the best teammates you can have. Depending on Meta, his support is better than top, simply due to all of the influence he has on the game, early game especially. One of the best in my humble opinion.

People don't understand how hard lane shaco actually is.
If enemy has pressure, denys your push/farm and delays your level 6 as far as possible you will be useless.
Clone plays, box plays, box timers, invisibility usage and the timing to dodge with your R cast.
It is just so hard to master that.
this can only work in NA, no other region has dumb enough players to dive low hp shaco when they see him put boxes under the tower

Pinkward is the easiest high elo toplaner to play against if you are able to restrain yourself from desperately to fight him on his terms. Play the neutral, play the waves. Shaco sucks at wave control. He literally cannot break a freeze. Play around your waves, dont follow him into bushes and you literally cant lose. The only way he wins is with a bait.

Khazix does not have more build diversity than Shaco, what are you smoking? Shaco can build AD, AP, Lethality, Crit, Tank, Bruiser, Top, Jungle, Support and his scalings and kit allow for them all to do something unique. Khazix doesn't even have a serious AP build.

I've played hundreds of ap shaco games, mainly jungle, some top/mid and I can tell you, there is something about it man, I swear people CANNOT not engage you when you're low. Even higher elo players as you can see in this video. They KNOW the boxes are there, they KNOW he's baiting them, they know they're going to die.... But what if I'd outplay the shaco? Dives, dies...
Literally the only thing you have to do to win this lane is NEVER ENGAGE HIM. You auto win on farm and usefulness.

His q takes priority when it comes to other champions cc, like:
j4 is mid e+q but gets knocked up and stopped, cancelling the combo.
Chogath has hit a q and is about to feast, but kayns q animation isn’t interrupted by cho q, allowing him to knock up the cho and heal 500 for his q

Wanna see him punished? Watch him play against Woody Fruity (gragas main). Pink Lard looks chill but he's salty asf when facing people who know how to deal with his tricks.

I 100% feel him in his playstyle ... might be because im a teemo player, annoying others is the entire fun of league! Because after being successfull you get a feeling of "man youre stupid to have tried that" and that moment the enemy loses hope and acknowledges they are losing and turn around to run aways in a last futile effort is what feels the best, id assume with shaco its pretty similar :P Hes just attacking our stupid monkeybrains that go "oooohh low hp bar go brrrrr" that neuron activation is what he uses against us, and i love him for it, its so entertaining to watch man!!!
