Matt ale Tissier is such a great guy, he was the most under appreciated player of his era who only didn’t achieve more because of his fierce loyalty to the club which gave him his big break. He speaks sense and has good morals I stand with him on this shoulder to shoulder.
What a nice guy … and what a talented player he was, quite possibly the most underrated player of all … scored the kind of goals that every kid could only dream of .. pure class and also didn’t bow to the trappings of a big payday by moving to so called top clubs, this man was superb! And I’m a United supporter for nigh on 60 years!!

Some of the greatest goals scored in the Premier League's history were by Le Tissier. So often forgotten about or disregarded because he was never tempted away to play for one of the big clubs.

Lineker openly objected to Qatar holding the World Cup yet still went there to report on the football. His reasoning was that he was there to report on the football yet he could have told his employers that it would by highly hypocritical he went. He, like all of the European football players who objected to Qatar knew for 4 years where they were going yet non of them turned the ‘gig’ down, because of the football.
If he left the BBC he could with the help of other like minded celebs build accommodation for the migrants preferably next to his own home and then wonder why his new neighbours are all male who in asking for asylum have abandoned their families unlike the thousands of the ‘luckier’ Jewish children during WW11 who were sent west by their parents and relatives who in turn went to concentration camps .

I watched MOTD for the first time in years last night (Sat 11th March) and found it very enjoyable! I think it lasted 20 minutes and was all the highlights of the matches with no commentary or punditry, which just goes to show how much hot-air from the 'pundits' is used to fill in the allotted time slot! Please keep this great new format and save the tax-payer a couple of £million to boot.

I'm not sure if it's a case of not being able to see it or just not giving a toss. If the migrants were put up in hotels where the elite live the issue would have been dealt with. Instead they house them in the very towns that heavily voted for brexit whilst ignoring homeless veterans and UK citizens.

Also, nothing about his tweet was about immigration. He was talking about the language. Suella has used phrases like "swarms" and "Invasion" to refer to asylum seekers fleeing persecution, and he's right that it is the same kind of divisive and dehumanising language used in 1930. The problem with the political right is they all know how fascism ended, but very few seem to understand how it started.
Lastly, asylum seekers aren't illegal immigrants. The only people breaking the law are the UK government, since their plan would contradict the European Convention of Human Rights, an international pact to treat refugees humanely. When our government is trying to move the country in the direction of countries like Russia who ignore human rights, you need people in positions of power like Gary holding the government to account for their rhetoric. Also the impartiality thing is nonsense, Alan Sugar was on Twitter criticising the head of the unions and not a peep from the BBC about it. And political broadcasters on BBC share their views all the time.

Soccer Saturday with Matt, Jeff, Phil, Charlie and kammy was just brilliant tv. A winning formula, loved by all football fans.. a tv stations dream.. attracted plenty of viewers etc.. they sacked them and changed it completly because it wasnt diverse. Crazy.
