The house looks brilliant with a ton of nice features, someone is going to be lucky to live there. You’ll need to show us the driveway at some point so we can see the full job. Good luck with the sale, not that I think you’ll need it, and you earn a good profit to compensate yiu for the time and quality of work you have put into the house. Well done mate!
You have done a spectacular renovation on this bungalow. Really impressed with all of it, but especially the kitchen and utility. My kitchen is tiny and has nowhere near enough cupboard space. In several of your previous houses you asked the question about bedroom lights not being in the centre of the ceiling. The reason is because light casts a shadow onto curtains which can be seen from outside ( unless you have ultra thick curtains). As kids we used to play at shadow boxing, making animals with our hands. Same principle. The nearer the light is to the window, shadow will be eliminated, allowing ladies to undress without someone outside seeing everything!! So please, leave them where they are! The finish on the property is really good. I hope you get a really good return on your investment. Well done.

The kitchen area can be a three in one multipurpose space. Dinning table and chairs (with banquette seating against the wall with storage solutions) at the section where you have the pendant lights, but the space near to the bifold doors can be a family area with comfy sectionals that define that space.
The house is a credit to you Nick, The finish is second to none 👌🏼 Lovely to see someone taking pride in their work and not just bodging up a house for a quick flip. Can’t wait for the next one!!
I also have a 1936 bungalow with rear and loft extension (Essex), but I’ve used the space very differently. We have 4 bedrooms but only 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite with shower, 1 family with bath and shower) ) and I just don’t feel 4 bathrooms is the best use of space. Our loft has 2 bedrooms and an en-suite even though the loft conversion doesn’t carry on over the rear extension. I also have an office at the front of the house and large L-shaped living room/dining room kitchen. I’ve lived here 35 years now and hope I never have to leave, as the street and location is perfect for us. We also have 3 Emma mattresses in this house!

Nick it is such a beautiful house now , so much work went into it , love the colour pallets you used. I am in love with those floor tiles in the main bathroom, a nod back to 1930's. The upstairs is lovely. The Julie balcony ♥. All in all its a beautiful home with gorgeous outside space too. Thanks for bringing us on the journey from what it was to what it is now.
I've followed this renovation on occasion but not consistently, and I'm please to see it completed. It incorporates features and styles that seem to be popular now (though not necessarily my taste), so the house should sell promptly. Prospective buyers should watch these videos, and that will assure them that no corners were cut and the workmanship is top notch.

It was so hard to picture what it would be like when done, when all you're seeing is the old bungalow.. But this has been awesome to follow regardless!! Weirdly, my favourite bit was the timelapse of the garden clearing...
Hi Nick, I think you should have kept the concrete coal bunker ... Sorry couldn't resist ;-), I doubt if you remember but I was under the name David Lee or Greek David two years ago, you have don't a great job on the property but never doubted you. Some good choices made for the bungalow and best use of space. Dave
Where is the fridge? I see the wall ovens and drop in stove, sink and dishwasher, but do not see the fridge. I love the home! Great job on remodeling it! It’s too bad the back yard is so darn tiny! We have almost 3/4 of an acre and we adore most of our yard! Just not the right side where it drops down a little just past the driveway. It’s not a deep drop, so it’s manageable. Just prefer our more flat yard.
Well done I would make the 1st floor bedroom as a "get away room/nook/library cosy room" the second floor above as the bed room, with the part of w the french doors second floor as the adult private living room. While the main kitchen area open concept total entertainment are for friends and family. U have the other bedrooms as guest bedrooms.

Looks amazing, been eagerly watching the whole process... the only thing that stands out to me is the kitchen island looks a little close to the rest of the kitchen, it is such a huge space i would probably have left a bigger gap.. but you are the expert. x
Amazing work, love the attention to detail with the little bathroom recesses with lights. Only thing I feel why did you place the radiators on a long wall? I feel under a window would have freed up space for a long sofa or wardrobes? Good luck on your next project.

Hi, the island was 2.4m x 1.2m. The chairs is tricky. 2 on each side comfortably but you could squeeze 3 if you wanted. Plus 2 on each end too. However we made the overhang just on one side for leg room.

It IS beautiful.... but I'd wonder about the 'Living Room' ...where is it? The beautiful downstairs " Master Bedroom" feels (from this end of the camera) like the Living room.
