What a wonderful outdoor living space. The house restoration was certainly an interesting one.Some parts were absolutely fabulous others not so much in my view.You did a good job most assuredly,the house will make the owner an excellent home❤

These home builds reminds me of where I was just a few years ago, no savings, no IRA, nothing. Thought owning a home was out of reach. But after three years of hard work and smart investing, I grew my savings to $350k and finally bought a home. If I can do it, anyone can. Graham David Fullerton was very helpful in making this dream a reality by investing towards a particular goal.
I went from having no money to invest, to working my butt off with Uber Eats for four months to save around $20k to start working with Graham David Fullerton. Now, I'm sitting at $128k, and I’m absolutely loving the progress, hoping to buy my first home soon. GLAD that you have to bring this up here.
Where do I start? How do I begin investing? I'm hopeless and I don't think I can ever get a home with the current rates. If anyone has advice, please share. Also, how can I get in touch with him?

On ne peut que s’incliner face à ce courage de se lancer dans un tel projet ! Un beau projet entre 2 potes qui se sont bien trouvés et qui réalisent une merveille avec beaucoup de goût Vous êtes impressionnants les mecs à toucher à tout, vous êtes des curieux et restez-le ! Et la petite cerise sur le gâteau, vous avez installé une Granboard pour de belles parties de fléchettes trop foooooooort Continuez les gars, on voit que vous prenez du plaisir et vous nous en donnez aussi 😌

Hmmm, ich bin mir nicht so sicher ob Neubau günstiger wäre. Neue Häuser müssen den aktuellen Anforderungen entsprechen. Wenn ein Haus aber schon steht kann man das sanieren und bestimmte Dinge nicht tun. Ich denke nur an die Dämmungsvorschriften die in Deutschland existieren. Dann ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass zwar der Fußboden neu mit Stahlbeton gegossen wurde aber eine zusätzliche Dämmung zum Untergrund habe ich jetzt nicht gesehen. Ich denke auch das hier mehr ein "Konzept" umgesetzt werden sollte und weniger ein Wohnhaus für eine Familie. Für ältere Menschen ist das auch völlig ungeeignet aufgrund der vielen Stockwerke und Treppen. Das ganze Objekt schreit nach Ferienhaus/ Eventlokation.

Молодці! Чудова професійна робота архітекторів, інженерів та будівельників. Естетика душової мені особисто не подобається (відчуття, що ти у печері), але це чисто дизайнерське рішення. Будинок розташований на схилі і це викликає певні побоювання, оскільки вкладення коштів великі , а сил так взагалі велетенські. По-перше, з приводу стійкості самого схилу. По-друге, з приводу відведення атмосферних вод зі схилу від ділянки та будинку. Надіюсь, що з цим проблем не буде. Удачі та натхнення усім причетним до цієї чудової роботи!

That had to cost more than knocking it down and starting from scratch, but damn, that's nice. I love, love, love, the natural bathroom.
Have to say, I was expecting to be blown away after seeing the sheer amount of work and goodness knows how much cash spent….. but I wasn’t 😏
Seeing abandoned homes always makes me feel sad because once upon a time they were someone's pride and joy. This is just a wonderful transformation.

Ah mince, presque voisin, en réalité on était dépassé et à bout d'énergie sur la fin, on avait qu'une envie c'était de finir rapidement le projet ..

Wunderschönes Haus, aber hätte man da nicht gleich ein neues Haus kaufen können, bei soviel Geld, was da rein geflossen ist.
