💥Kung Fu: Traditional Stances used in Fighting

The stances being used here are from my systems in Pencak Silat, Kung Fu and in Hung Gar. Traditional Stances are shapes, structor and power that can be used to inject into a combat scenario to take your opponent down. There are hundreds of pragmatic applications for them if you know how to use them correctly. The most contemplative stance with a wide array of techniques is the twist stance, this stance creates injection and projection energy if used correctly.
