Sounds like an extraordinary Woman !
Can't take anything away from her !
But her success didn't come without years of training and building muscle memory !
If I have a point, it would be a person watching these techniques, and thinking they can apply them with success, are likely going to be injured !
And sadly, I think there are people just like that !
Thinking about it now, maybe TH-cam , since they have rules for everything else, might consider a disclaimer of sorts, warning the uninitiated of the dangers of employing such, without proper training ?
Just a thought !
