The 556a has been my daily for 6-7 years now. Sinn watches have that perfect combo of normies having no idea what they are, and watch people loving them. I also have a 356 and a 856, both incredible. The perfect watch company. All performance, crazy quality, no flash.

How much time does your 556 gain/lose per day? Mine is running at +6. which I think is acceptable, but I wish it was a little lower.

Thank god this video was made, I have the 556i and it is the ultimate everyday tool watch without the added prestige but technically can hold up again more prestigious brands as it has the top grade Selita movement that is regulated by Sinn within COSC tolerances of +5 / -5 sec a day. The screw down crown giving 200m water resistance makes it the perfect watch to take on holiday and it looks great on a nato or tropical rubber strap. The best value for money tool watch with great dimensions, prices keep rising so don't wait too long!

I have the Sinn 104 but I sometimes wonder if I should have gone for the 556 instead. Whenever I put on my 38mm Hamilton Khaki Field automatic I appreciate its size and the way it wears (very slim on the wrist). Then again, the 556 would be too similar to the Hamilton, so I guess having the 104 is somewhat justified. But I noticed I had overestimated the need for a rotating bezel.
Selling it is going to be a bit difficult anyway, since I had the case brushed...

What a great video that showcases the entire Sinn 556 line-up! Well done!👏🏼
In my opinion, the Sinn 556IB is the German response to the Rolex Oyster Perpetual and Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra, with the Sinn boasting a 200m water-resistance rating that bests Rolex’s 100m and Omega’s 150m ratings.

Ihave the 556i and am really considering selling it for a 556a. The 556i can be a little bit boring sometimes and the the 556a looks more toolwatch and classic Sinn to me
