Ground clearance was the problem, he was bottoming out with those small bald tires, definitely the smallest tires in the bunch. It doesn't matter how capable your rig is if you're dragging your axles and skid plate when the other vehicles aren't, the open differential was also not helping the matter.
It's called a lunch box locker for your Rear Dana 35 or very rare 44 And in you shall never get stuck in 6 inches of Mudd again lol And when trying to engage Into reverse I don't think you're Frount wheel's are catching 4 wheel drive May not be working correctly I can hear the gears crunching
I've got a 1944 Ford GPW with a Ford 289 K-Code, lockers front and rear, and I'd drag that Wrangler hunk of junk up that little hill in reverse.....get a real Jeep, 1985 or older, as those are the only heels worth a damn....
Where y’all at? I saw y’all’s New York plates, I’m out in wny. I got a 1980 Chevy k10 with a 6” lift I go mudding with. I wouldn’t mind coming out with y’all, you get some new content I get an excuse to go off roading more often!
@@ateamoffroad I've seen some of these trucks in edinboro. i just live up in erie. can I go wheeling with you guys sometime? i have a 1996 ford with 6 inch lift and 35's
You guys should look into some recovery ropes. A lot safer than the tiny chain you guys are using. A chain is also not meant to take that kind of load.
Yea get a full size so your to big for real trails I had a k5 an guess what traded for a xj an would do it aging anyday xj would walk the full size anyday
I’m out in PA as well and have a 77’ K5. We typically go up to Gut RD when we wheel but it’s a small area an the rangers are always around. Where are y’all at in this video?
I'll put my 4 cylinder yj up against anything out there. Might not be the fastest but it'll make it to the top. Even though it'll run 70 down the highway
Wow. I'm still not sure why ppl cap on jeeps. I generally only drive chevy. But my 80 cj7 stock with decent tires will outwheel most built rigs and definitely a damn tahoe.. jeez. . Maybe it was the damn driver?! Lol. Learn how to wheel!!!!
Wrong again it has all GM electronics wire's trash I had an 88 YJ j never had a problem getting up a bit off camber Muddy hill And mine had a 2.5 4 cylinder throttle body injection it's called use low range 4X4
I’ll come wheel with you guys, I have a 7.3 on 35s about to upgrade to 37s shes running around 600hp. She a beast and gets me everywhere.
Stock jeep yj with a 2.5 4 cylinder on Highway tires ya ok
Jeep💁s suck
@@amjr6577 just like your mom lol
Your just the gay guy out of the Jeep group Bc you got daddy’s money get out of here with you bs
Put it in 4 wheel drive
You are only as good as your tires

What corn squeezin's are these yokuls on? Jeep is not even in 4 wheel drive ... rear tires spins, front doesn't.
We hear vision works is having a sale. You should probably take advantage of that
Subaru dominates all
Was he even in 4 wheel drive in that jeep because it looked like only the rear tires were spining
Open diffs are trash...
It's a 2wd Jeep. Shower, not an off-roader
@@joe1071 Your misinformation amuses me.
@@traviscurtis439 😘
@@ironborn8786 facts. Can confirm 4wd is not truly 4wd
Fix your 4x4 on your jeep, it is not in 4x4, 2and gens are better though

You guys are like the most relatable off-roaders I’ve ever seen on TH-cam. Looks awesome!!!
Thanks! Yeah we couldn't name anyone that does stuff like us
My tripple locked yota chuchles
Put the same tires on each truck and heel. Then try it

Does the jeep not have 4x4 havnt seen either of them front tires spin yet
I think the transfer case is broke
Open diff + popping out noon driver.
you guys are giving me inspiration to get my trail rig finished
DO IT NOW 👍🏼
@@ateamoffroad oh its happening I have a few buddies up for wheeling too might have to meet up with you guys some day looks like a great time
Yall dont believe in lockers? Or atleast weld a diff something cause even in 4x4 yall on only 2wd
That pretty summarizes the biggest difference between a full size and jeep. I'll take my Suburban over any Jeep any day on just about any trail.
Though if you think about it the jeep is lighter so at least when it gets stuck it's not an absolute bitch to pull out
Put my yj up against any of these junks
This was hard to watch
Hope you guys start making videos again love the channel
Thanks for the support! We will be making more

Jeep needs a new driver
You guys all need tires.
The Chevy tho😭 barely could stay alive
Let about 30 lbs of air out of them tires
I think real mud tires would have helped out a lot
Does anyone know where a guy could get those headlights that are in that K5?
They are headlights for a YJ
It's not a Chevy love that guy

Well if u don’t know how to build the boost on ur powerstroke then yeah sure diesels are not good off road.

We're out behind Titusville Walmart here
Lift the jeep and put bigger tires on it... just like the other vehicles have... see what happens then?
Posi - trac would cure that problem, dude. Of course being able to 'off road diesels', you would know this. So what is the purpose of all this mayhem?
you need diff locks
City folks
What year is that red blazer?

Air your tires down...
Not 300hp between al of them 😂
Tahoe has 300 hp stock dumb ass. 5.3 v8
Should have shifted jeep into 2nd gear up that hill. First is to low and no wheel speed.
Where are you guy's from???
Pennsylvania plates on all of em
My jeep wouldn’t have a problem going up that. I think that has a 4cly in it 😂
If he had a locker in the front and better tires it would go up it. I have a 4cyl and it goes like a tank
🤣😂 ok

A real jeep would have no issues with that hill but funny
I guess the only real Jeeps are the ones modified to high heaven.
Whens that jeep owner gonna hit puberty my 5 year old daughter has a deeper voice lol JK
My jeep could walk up that
Yeah idk what kind of Jeeps you’re talking about, my xj would have eaten that up, look at them bald tires aswell
let me see, they do that for fun? what fun can there be in that
Your Jeep Is Junk and My Wrangler walks around Full size trucks off road and on road 300 hp And torque 6 speed manual
Chevy guy talking trash 2 motor&trans later
If he had tow mirrors he would've made it.
air down those tires and you'd climb right up there
That jeep needs a lift. Obviously it has the best tires it could have.
Or 4 wheel drive🤷 I mean it could prolly help.. just saying
Good lord somebody move the log and 2 rocks for me 😅😅
I hope yal know yall dont have 4x4 !! Only 3 wherls out of 4 pull. Yall wheeling like that need posy traction. Or detriot lockers
Well theres your problem... its 2wd! One front, one rear.
Yjs are the most useless vehicle off-road
JEEP JUST SITTING TWO LOW. YA EVER BODY HAS FOR GOTTEN ABOUT THE FULL SIZE 4X4.
Government motors junk
Obviously its the operator..& doesnt know how to offroad..my all wheel drive equinox would made up that enough speed & how u stay out ruts..wow
