    Our lifetime of TOOL RANKINGS : torquetestchannel.etsy.com
    Instead of reviews, purchase histories and popularity, today we test simply the highest torque rated cordless impact wrenches on Aamzon such as SeeSii WH710 , VTEK ‎V6309, Lagatuns, Alloyman ‎WD-12 & Hanlife 600nmvs a known standard the Milwaukee Gen 2 2962. Are any of them worth their admittedly entry level price point? Some suprising stand outs as we test the top 5 "mid torque" ish style impacts we could find, though we welcome the opertunity to find some REAL high torque options from Amazon brands on the site in the future.

    Okay so honestly do they stick out a bit in our "best of" cart? www.amazon.com/shop/torquetestchannel Yes probably, but hey they worked hard to earn their spot vs the others here. When we buy 5 or 6 impact wrench kits from brands we've never heard of, we're frankly hoping we'll even have anything worth showing you guys. So happy days! If you want to see another round-up in the future from this category, leave those always creative sounding brand names below!

    I bought the SeeSii based on this video months ago and was blown away by it's performance!
    Not mentioned in the video is that it has 3 modes which makes it perform well while saving battery life. This thing worked so well removing torqued nuts and bolts from super steel support beams for machine conveyors it was almost comical.
    I later found a 1/2 inch keyless drill chuck attachment that I added to this tool's well appointed kit. And the price point made it a bargain.

    Tyler Tube did a video on a tire changing kit last week. That "impact" gun from his video would be interesting to see how it stacked up. It was weird. It was like a regular drill that had some sort of a kick every few seconds. While it worked in his video, I would love to know the numbers on that thing. I have a feeling if that was used on a shop impacted lug nut it would fail miserably. Love the video as always guys!

      That's one of those 12V cigarette lighter plug impacts, all the same guts. They spin up like a flywheel then centripetal force eventually moves it to interfere with a lip that it smacks. Very slow impacting so probably wouldn't do well here in a timed test, but the dynamic force per blow is quite high all said using that design so it DOES take off some stuck stuff for sure at the end of the day

    I can't fathom why anyone would want one of these disposable nightmares. Even if the performance was close to an established name brand- you know the long-term durability and parts quality is going to be awful. Customer support non-existent. They'll be shorting out when they get wet, or have sudden electronic or trigger failure when you're in the middle of a project. I'd rather buy a used quality tool or get something from Walmart if money was a big issue. Great tests though and very insightful. Keep up the good work!

    • @afellowinnewengland6142
      @afellowinnewengland6142 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@1pcfred Nowhere in my original post do I mention country of origin or where the manufacturers are based. Country of origin has very little to do with quality. You can have achieve superb quality with tools made in China/Taiwan/Vietnam/etc or it can be atrocious.
      You also assume I don't know if the tools will be good quality or not. In fact, I do know and have spent time in China, Japan and Korea and have been involved with manufacturing.
      The cost to manufacture premium and mid-tier tools that meet certain levels of durability, performance and quality is quite high. It's easy to build an inexpensive low grade tool in this segment. Very easy and very cheap. However, to produce a quality tool is quite different. Quality control, engineering, testing, machinery and moulds, material costs, etc. You simply can't have it all- cheap labor is only one piece of the puzzle. I suggest you watch a teardown video of one of these inexpensive tools to understand the difference.

    Amazing power from brands that mislabel what they're selling! Love the video as always.
    Would you consider doing a video on crowsfoot wrenches? I think their performance is more critical than even flare nut wrenches. Tekton claims to be better than Snap-on and Gearwrench which I'll believe if I see it.

      Would like to see that test. Obviously would have to include the cheapest set from HF. I doubt they best gear wrench and strap-on but I'm sure they are decent.
      Intoxicated rambling bellow.
      Most of the time when I'm grabbing a crows foot it's last resort. Unless using it to torque something. So I would like to know the best of the best and the best value. I have a tool box at home and at work so Obviously I don't want to buy high priced tools 2x.

      Wouldn't be surprised if they are better than gearwrench. I love my GW ratcheting wrenches, but they're non-ratcheting wrenches are junk.

    • @YankeeCherokee
      @YankeeCherokee ปีที่แล้ว

      @@James-tf7kn Yeah, but surprisingly the Gearwrench wrenches actually scored pretty well on this channel (channel or box end, cant remember).
      It stinks because Gearwrench is using all of Armstrong Tools designs, but cheaping out on the important parts and making hit-or-miss expensive tools.
      Wish they had just kept Armstrong as the amazing company they were.

    Its impessive, but they're not that cheap, I mean a few are. The SeeSii I can't even find in Canada, and works out to 214$ which is quite a bit even with two batteries. You can find a name brand with a real warranty (more or less) with 1 battery on sale for that, but you have to wait for the sale, great testing as always.

    How about some basic durability over time test? Like yeah they can push some power, but... for how long? Maybe we could get some ideas on how to make such test. Like for example just tape trigger so it will work constantly until battery will die, throw it a bit then(from like belt high) and repeat it and see if later it will do some actual heavy work. Or if you have time just test it under load few times to see if it will not die after day of work...

I do this every day but the electronic impact is not my first go to, but convenience sake, that's all. 80 gallon air compressor is as big as I have, and I can't justify the purchase.

      Its one of those typical brands sold in Philippines and Thailand, where people are used to paying too much for all kinds of tools. Seen vendors who insisted that saving 5% on a Fakita vs a real Makita was a good deal. Another was in the area of 2% savings being a miracle, claimed to barely make any profit on that.
