Really enjoyed the segment where the audience started to narrate the sonic vs shadow cutscene. Always a joy to watch.

I like how the 8:11 invincibility shows that speedrun strats were integral to the game's design, even before speedrunning took off as a whole. _Sonic_ devs really knew what's up!
Meanwhile, 21:00 is one of the most realistic conversations in all of fiction, what with Sonic just rudely interrupting because he's too impatient to let Shadow finish. Really making him eat those words, he won't even let Shadow spit 'em out! xD
For 21:00 the conversation in japanese is uninterrupted but the localization to english made the line a bit too long lol.

You don't need to play THAT insanely well for the A-ranks, I certainly didn't know Invincibility gave you double the score, for example.
I wish they'd make another game like this, the Boost formula never did much for me

Deku is an extremely gifted speedrunner. Deku and I have been speedrunning this game around the same time and have been trying to be competitive with each other. Seeing Deku run this game on the big stage is such a mesmerizing moment. Hope to see more GDQ runs from Deku in the future

This game was one of my beloved childhood games, and yet i didn't know that Big the Cat just chills there at 13:19

My fave game Chao raising was mah fave, to make transparent, Chaos and jewel Chao. I even had the GBA version Sonic Advance to send the Chaos from there. Really liked the story, too bad we never got the secret eggs, only via cheat device.

ive been playing SAB2 for years now, but ive always wondered why they do "pause hovering" when you could just bund the A key to another button like they do with the pause button and just tap them in sequential?
Because creating bind sets that are not possible on original hardware is very likely frowned upon.
