Day two is here and oh boy is this a beautiful thing we are engaging in. Thank you for being here. This session is so important. I hope you enjoy!!! Feel free to share something you noticed today. And remember this is a 30 day journey. (And beyond) Not a two day journey. Love you! 🤍 A
Thank you Adrienne so much! I’ve been practicing with you since the pandemic. Took a 12 day break and my body needed yoga…I was so stiff but I’m back and committed to this 30 day flow! I am a physiotherapist and honestly yoga has made me a better health care practitioner as I integrate it into my patient’s programs! All the best to you in 2024! Nancy
Sending love and kind thoughts from Wyandotte, MI. I am thankful that you start us off slowly-but a little bit of more challenge than yesterday. Thank you! (Benji was extra cute today! I almost fell HE was the star of the show!
Hey Adrian, thank you so much for doing this. I’ve loved the channel for a long time and it’s been helping me rehabilitate my knee, as well as many other injuries due to skateboarding. Something that’s come up so far is the ending music. I’ll always love the original song and I love that there’s a newness and freshness to it, but it seems very abrupt and loud compared to the previous sounds. I Enjoy the new tune, but coming from Shavasana to the upbeat tempo is a little jolting.😂
I love reading these comments! We made it guys. We showed up again for day 2 😊 as someone who's never been able to complete one of these journeys in the correct time frame, I say let's see each other again tomorrow :D
I can relate a lot. This week is relatively easy because I'm on vacation but I doubt I'll manage to do a video every day when I return to work next week. I'd love to do this journey on schedule this year but I know it's probably not going to happen. Compassion is key, though, so we can just do our best and take the journey on our own time, no matter how many weeks it takes :)
At least three of my adult children in different parts of the world are joining me in this practice. I think of them as I breathe deeply. I’m so grateful for Adriene’s leadership and soothing voice, especially as she whispers “I am strong”.
Gentle reminder for everyone who is (like me) already behind: It‘s okay to take your time! In the end it doesn‘t really matter if you finish a few days or weeks later. Sometimes it‘s just hard and that‘s okay, so try to be patient with yourself
Loved this 💖 sometimes the comments and side bars made in the videos feels like they’re speaking directly to me. A gentle reminder that I am actually always on time even when I think im not.
I love this! Today is my day two I am behind. And it’s funny how our mind works I almost didn’t want to start because I was behind, when the point is to show up. Even if you aren’t starting at the same time as everyone else. My brain tells me it isn’t good enough so I shouldn’t do it when I know that showing up to do this journey with the timing slightly off is what I need. My new mantra for 2024: I don’t need it, it doesn’t define me. I’m letting it go. The negative thoughts that don’t serve, negative beliefs I didn’t know I was holding, bad habits all of it. Here’s to this journey and this beautiful community. Let’s be gentle and kind and celebrate that we showed up, no matter when we did. ❤
I have been on and off practicing yoga with Adriene’s guidance for years, I haven’t done yoga or been consistent in months now and my body has felt so good on the mat these last 2 days, even if it’s been harder than when I was consistently practicing. I’m so glad I found my way back, I’m glad the person reading my comment is here too, I hope this practice helps you feel good too🩵 See you tomorrow!
I'm the same. Not done it regularly for a year but getting back on the mat has made me remember why I loved it and how much it made me love my body too. Harder but worth it.
Someone's comment yesterday inspired me to notice how many people I practiced with today. It was over 9,000 people! 🤯Appreciate everyone's comments and enjoying doing this in real time with you all. Thank you, Adriene!
I said to my husband this morning: it’s day 2 and I’m still on track! He laughed. But honestly: every day counts. Last year I began the January challenge on time but ended in August 😂 and it was still great because it really got me into yoga.
I feel you, I ended last year's challenge in June 😀 But look at us, pulling through in our own pace. Wishing you great success this time around! Wishing you all the best on your yoga journey
I'm pretty sure I finished the last 3 in October. It was a weird year for me, and I never found the right time of day for yoga. Trying again this year. And you're right, every day counts.
Things that happened during these 20 minutes: -3 year old rolling herself up in her yoga mat and saying "I'm a Christmas present!" -1 year old climbing and slithering all over me -3 year old needing help in the bathroom -general noise and chaos so I couldn't hear the video Adriene, I love what you said yesterday about not needing a quiet sanctuary but that peace can come from inside. There is no quiet sanctuary here! But I'm so glad to be doing this 30 days.
"I'm a Christmas present!" Love it! I'm impressed you get through it with young kiddos around. My two year old makes my plank 28 lbs harder and tries to take over the computer. But here's to finding time to fit the yoga in no matter the circumstances! :)
Thanks so much for sharing this. I'm hoping to do the 30 days challenge, but I was worried how I will find the energy every day to do yoga late at night after my baby and toddler's bedtime. You inspire me to try showing up on my mat in the day, when they are around - and be together not just with little ones but with other parents too ❤
@@viskymAw yay! I’m very committed to resting when my children are also asleep/resting. So…yoga (and everything else) happens in the middle of the madness! I hope you can make it work with your littles around!
It DEFINITELY helps to hear yourself say it. I’m sure there’s some psychology behind it, but it’s encouraging and makes me FEEL strong, even when I’m shaking and my wrists feel like they’re going to collapse!!! Kudos to you for coming back for day 2!!!🤍✨
As a plus size woman living with chronic illness, I am absolutely loving this series so far! I may need to slightly modify certain poses from time to time, but I appreciate this series as a beginner! I feel empowered, strong, and relaxed by the end of the practice and am so grateful to be on this journey with you all! 🙏 ❤
Modifications are the nature of yoga and life. I’m glad you are here! This series is food for the soul especially because the community is so supportive.
You have a lions heart there. You seem so strong and motivated. I am not plus sized but I am lacking will power structure and focus. I am also eternally immature. Hoping to gain some poise this new year. Life is a journey for us all❤❤❤
Good morning, yoga community. I decided to practice first thing after waking up. I wasn't prepared for a slightly faster flow, but I showed up, breathed, and went with my flow. I found what felt good, and I feel proud that I did it. Thank you, Adriene, for all of your encouragement.
Keep going. I do yoga as soon as I get up. It’s part of my self care. It’s a great way to start my day, then I reward myself with coffee with my hubby. We sit and talk about life, kids, family, share something new we learned or try to solve the world’s problems. Most days it’s the best part of my day. 🙏🏼 Namaste.
Am I the only one waiting for the next day as soon as I finish the practice? I just love doing yoga with the Adriene! Blessed day for everyone reading this! 🙏🏼
Wow, so much has happened since I first rolled out my mat with Adriene in January 2020. After a long break, I'm getting back into it-- my body is not the same, but I'm starting where I am and that's ok. It feels like coming home.
Welcome back! I have gotten into and fallen out of shape a few times... I'm learning to enjoy the process of coming back into form. I encourage you to be gentle on yourself! We're all students here. .
This is exactly how I felt last year when I started the Center journey. And now, one year of (nearly) daily yoga later I can feel such a difference in my body and my mind. Feel motivated and supported!! We've got this!
Before practice I felt a bit busy in the brain and by the end of practice I felt a childlike sense of joy. Benji was so cute today, I was laughing at his little journey around the mat. Then I noticed my own reflection up in the skylight of my living room, smiled, and waved. Felt like sharing that observation of my space and self. See you all tomorrow :)
I was giggling from my own dogs today. My puppy wasn't quite sure what I was doing and perhaps thought he needed to rescue me. While I was lying down at the end he kept putting his two front paws on my belly and laying down. Definitely a joyful practice with the pups.
Howdy everyone! I'm late but I'm here. I love to start each year with Adrienne. It usually takes me two months to finish but I've let go of moving against my own time and rhythms. So if you're late too, it's ok!! We are all honoring our own space and time. Namaste!
I'm here primarily because in the intro video, Adriene specifically said we didn't need a quiet space to practice; we would create the quiet space within ourselves. Oh good, I thought to myself! I do yoga with my two year old. Today I skipped a couple of cobras because he was crawling around underneath me and I didn't want to squish him; I also skipped a plank because he was on my back and my postpartum body (I also have an infant) said NOPE. But then when we got to savasana, he laid on his back on top of me and it was the most still he's ever been when not asleep. We CAN create a quiet space within ourselves, and even better we can share it. What a gift to me, Adriene, that I can pass on to my children.
I did couple days ago also a shorter yoga with my 2 year old. I decided I can do this journey also anytime with her if I feel like it. ❤ Today I decided to use her nap time for this, but it feels nice to have options. And I also felt encouraged by Adriene's comment. We can do this even with kids and animals at our feet. 😁
I practiced yoga post parturition and discovered there are yoga classes for mama's reclaiming their chi energy after childbirth. Eventually my son joined in on the postures! Keep going! Yoga benefits mama and baby! ❤❤🎉
So proud of us all for completing today's practice. How many of us will have overcome challenges and distractions so that we can show up together? I love this community ❤
Thank you for practicing with me everyone! To be honest, I felt less motivated today than I did yesterday but I still showed up. I noticed I got frustrated with myself a lot during this practice for becoming too tired too soon or for not having correct posture. I felt anxious and mad at myself for not sticking to yoga more during 2023. However, I still completed today’s practice. Sending you all love and motivation to stay focused and see you again tomorrow :)
21:55 I struggled today too. Woke up tired and wanted the flow to just be over with. But I kept at it and focused on my breath and that settled me. Its amazing how just a simple task of breathing can have huge impacts. Namaste ❤
Hi everyone. Day 2 of flow. Thanks Adriene and everyone practicing. Remember to be kind to yourselves today as harder and faster doesn't always win the race. Have a splendid and stress free day. Namaste 🙏
I notice that I am breathing deeper. I notice the way your voice calls me back from my wandering thoughts. I notice how proud I feel when I am able to complete the posture. I notice the choice to keep going when it gets harder. I notice the feel of my rug on my palms. I notice how good it feels to stretch out a little bit farther and wider and fuller. I notice the emotions I don't need and choose to let go. I notice heat and energy that weren't there before. I notice and I am full of gratitude.
Practicing in a cold, dark, rainy England but waking up this morning knowing I was going to join all you beautiful people on the mat made me feel so happy and light, I practically leapt out of bed! The 30 day yoga journey is honestly the highlight of my year and I am eternally grateful for having the wonderful Adriene in my life 💜 Thank you for being a constant source of joy and positivity 💜
Day #2 I'm behind but I'm listening to my body. But it's also important that I just stay on top of doing this - period. I'm proud of myself. I am listening to myself. I am on my own journey.
I love all these comments, thank you everyone. I really didn’t think I would make it today, I feel so poorly with a bad cold and awful cough. I decided I must at least watch and breathe a little, I did manage some of the practice at the start, I really can’t bring my foot up to my hands from plank but I muddled through some of it today, probably a little less than I managed yesterday. I’m proud that I showed up, I really didn’t think I had anything to give today. See you all tomorrow 🙏🏻
I am so proud of you too! Given that you have a cold, that makes moving your body that much harder. Wishing you a speedy recovery and see you tomorrow!
Hope you feel better soon! So impressive that you showed up at all and so important that you allowed yourself to do what you could and what was accessible. Listening to our bodies is so important.
This reminded me of one time I had a bad cold too, mostly very congested nose. Never thought my favourite pose Child’s Pose would be the hardest one! Perspective!!! Hope you feel better soon.
Challenging day! Thought I wasn't going to make to the mat; but here I am, I did it, day 2. Thank you for the invisible and yet so visible support Namaste everyone!
A crazy January filled with illness, visits, and black mold in my bathroom means I’m starting this 30-day journey only about 23 days behind, but I’m here! So grateful to be joining in when and where I can!!! This one felt so good after yesterday’s practice. Thank you, Adriene!
I have to work this through a bit of pain and depressive thoughts, but I did it again today :) Thank you for your guidance and have a love5day, everyone! :)
So sad and tired today. In the past when I've felt like this I've stopped the video, but today I took a short break then came back. I know I was distracted and not fully present the whole time, I had to let out some big tears, but I finished it. Thanks Adriene and Benji for seeing me through.
When I sat down to do yoga today I had a realization- I looked around and realized how much everything has changed for me as a person~ In the same room when I first graduated I had a small kennel with a new puppy in a simple room I started to learn yoga daily- Four years later in the same room I have a grown dog and two cats lazily sleeping, my room has become a version of my true self, it’s light and inspiring, I have the things I love in it, and Ive truly learned so much more in my yoga journey thanks to this channel and others- 🙏🏻 It made me realize how much I’ve grown as a person and I’m grateful for that, thank you adriene for allowing me the time to think and realize how important that is 🥰
I wasn't sure what to comment on day 0 or 1, which I watched on the same day because New Year's Day itself was tough for me, but today I have so much to share: I felt myself looking forward to this practice all day, which is very exciting since this is my first time participating in 30 days of yoga! My cat joined me today, first laying on the mat and then rolling on my laptop and fast forwarding the video! She thought it was a game and swiped me above my eye, so I paused to distract her, and ended up distracting myself. That's what I'm noticing: both internal and external distractions visit me even when I am passionate, and they don't negate that passion. Thanks for reading my reflections! Yay yoga!
Morning everyone! Throughout this journey, I am setting the intention to leave little love notes in the comments, to keep myself reflecting and expressing gratitude, and also to spread love and positivity. DAY 2: In the spirit of noticing...today I came to the mat with some negativity, and with this practice I was able to reflect on it noticing its effects on me. It helped me let go of the emotional and physical tension I was holding. Happiness and positivity is a choice... a quote that sums up the feeling is "for every minute you are angry, you lose 60 seconds of happiness-Ralph Waldo Emerson. So thank you Adriene for helping me notice these emotions and make the decision to change how I view them.
Thank you for this beautiful practice, Adriene! My body is still stiff but I know I'll get there. There's no rush. I used to make this mistake of trying too hard and it would only lead to frustration. I know better now. I hope everyone enjoyed the practice and see you all tomorrow!
Usually I end up rushing my practice at the end of the day - just to "tick the box" .... but today I was here first thing in the morning, practicing with so many other lovely people around the globe... So happy to share this practice with all of you... Thank you Adriene, for providing some comfort and sweetness in these cold winter days !! :)
Hi! I'm the exact opposite - I'm always doing my practice in the morning and yesterday I did it in the evening with a friend. And it felt good too! So, don't worry about that - it's nice to find a new routine. Love!
this was a session that felt like it went by very quickly yet lasted an eternity at the same time. I was about to give up closer to the end, but didn't. Very proud of myself for making it to the end. Thank you! ❤
Glad to be here with you all!! My initial plan was to get up extra early and do the yoga before work. Well today that didnt happen, its the darkest time here in Sweden atm so getting up in the morning is tough. I look forward to do this yoga session when I finish work today to enjoy a relaxing evening. Wish you all the best!
Day 2! We did it y’all! Today I noticed that I need really work on elongating my neck and spine! One breath, one day, and one practice at a time! Thanks for being here beside me y’all! Let’s keep going together.
Thank you so much for the kind words yesterday! Your support and this day 2 flow got me out of bed today... Ended up in tears at the end of the flow because it felt like such a relief reconnecting my head to my body... Looking forward to tomorrow! Namaste
Round two, day 2 completed, February 25th. Second time and can hear more and body get used to regular practice. I feel more joy, the firsr time it was more frustration and pushing myself. Thanks, Adriene and Benji ❤❤❤ Lots of love to all ❤❤❤ Namaste 🙏
I struggled today. Was out of breath half way into the practice. But being patient with myself as my body adapts and gets stronger each day. Thankyou Adriene for this wonderful practice today🦋💛
Aww I just love Benji so much! That sweet boy has no idea how famous he is, and how much we all love him and his Mum! Another great practice, thank you, Adriene 💕
I truly believe the Universe gives us what we need. I am trying to regain my win over this new anxiety. Your words in the beginning were so meant for me to hear 🙏 thank you
Loving being here with you all so much. I have FWFG membership but, for this challenge I like to do it on TH-cam because I can then view how many people I am practising with at the start and finish, this morning, it was a whopping 3500 people across the globe - how heart warming is that! Thank you darling girl namaste 🙏🏽 💓 🧘🏼♀️
Today I noticed myself being slowly engulfed in a wave of anxiety. Not agressive, intense or sudden. But uncomfortable yet soft. This practice was perfect for me today and reminded me to accept and move forward without focusing on how I felt or what I worried about. Love from someone who struggles with anxiety and depression ❤ We are all in this together! Day 2 complete! 🎉
I had a baby six months ago and my body feels so different. I’ve gained weight, lost flexibility and im out of shape overall. Yesterday was tough because I was so tight. I could barely breathe and i realized how much Ive changed. Today was better but still tough yet I feel so good for showing up. I’m looking forward to showing up and getting a piece of myself back each practice. Even if it means doing it at 10:30pm when my baby is asleep 😂
Have grace for yourself. Bringing life into this world is a sacred sacrifice and coming back to your own personal strength and shape will be an equally sacred process. Congratulations on your sweet baby!
Have not consistently been to the gym for two years now with 3kids, no creche and working full time. Also have not done yoga in about 4 years. So glad to get my headspace right and body ready and prepared to transition back into it with yoga woth Adriene. Happy to be back with you Adriene. Day 2 feels amazing. My intention is to accept my current reality. I think that will help me a lot. ❤
Hi everyone - My first time trying one of Adriene's 30 days of yoga. Aiming to physically strengthen to help me on my horse but also to wind down after work with a little exercise . This time last year, I couldn't walk more than 100 metres with ME/CFS, but now fully recovered after 3 years of horrible times! Excited to be able to give this a go and feeling blessed! Good luck and enjoy 🥰
What an amazing thing to be able to participate after so long battling an illness! I had tried for many years to complete the whole 30 days and finally did last year! It felt great. I offer you encouragement to get through as much as you can and keep at it! Welcome!
@@Jane-xy5py aww this is so kind of you thank you! Unfortunately I’ve tweaked my back doing the twists (so I’m obviously weak!) so going to give it a couple of days then start again but push less this time! Good luck with your journey 🥰
I made it. Day two. And to be honest, I almost didn’t. I kept putting it off all day even though I was working from home, and then all evening choosing mindless videos instead. But I really didn’t want to betray myself this early in the year so even though it’s past when I should be in bed and barely still day 2 by the clock, I’ve done it. And I am proud of myself. And proud of all of us. It’s just about showing up. Sitting on the mat. And then everything else unfolds. Namaste à toutes et tous.
What really helps me is to go straight from the email to the video instead of opening TH-cam and looking for the video. This way I'm not pulled into the attractive and distractive videos TH-cams serves us to watch first.
Late to the game, and I've had the same problem lately. So I now have her playlist bookmarked so I can just open from there, also without going to youtube first.
Day 2 done for me and my colleagues! We just finished MOVE and I'm not about to drop this ball. It's a party and we're keeping it moving. Thank you Adriene and Benji!!
I'm so happy that I'm not the only one already behind! My nurse shift yesterday ended up being nearly 14 hrs and then a long drive home - I was just too tired. Today was only 12 and half hours and shorter journey. I was so excited to get home and catch up - only to find my inbox was having gremlins and it's taken me 30 minutes to find my yoga emails! I definitely needed Day 2 - my monkey mind was on overdrive but I now feel so much better. I laughed so much just 'observing' where my mind and body are right now. I'm gracefully accepting that Day 3 will need to be in the morning , hopefully immediately followed by Day 4! Thank you so much for this wonderful practice and this wonderful journey Adriene - and thank you to everyone around the world that's practicing with me - even if some of us are a little behind. 😊
Good morning, folks. Practiced with 6,500 other people today! I love how today's practice built directly on yesterdays - already looking forward to tomorrow. Thanks, Adriene & al.!
What I've noticed: even though I've been doing yoga almost every day for around 7 years, going straight to such a long table top makes my wrists hurt like hell. Note to myself: warm up the wrists beforehand. I did have a furry companion to caress, that made me smile. Thanks to all the people that did this class with me. See you tomorrow for Day 3, Day 2 in!!
🌞Day 2🌞 I can already tell that FLOW is a really beneficial theme for me. I feel so refreshed right after practicing. I struggled quite a bit with the balancing task where we extend arms and legs from table top position. But the left side was already a liiiittleeee bit more stable than yesterday haha. So excited to see the progess during this journey. Have a fantastic day/night everyone and see you tomorrow! ✨
Over the years, I really enjoy listening to Adriene's prompts/commentary/humor etc, but I also really appreciate how this 30 day series specifically has a bit more of a quicker flow to it. 🥰
For a long time I was mad at myself for not doing my yoga in the morning. For this 30 days yoga journey, I have decided to allow myself to follow the practice whenever I have the time & motivation in the day. I have just finished today's practice after a long work day, and it feels so good and relaxing 🙏 Sending good vibes ! ✨
My heart is so full when I see the comments. Sometimes the world hurt a little too much with all its darkness, and it brings me light and joy to see people gathering around yoga ❤ Thank you Adriene.
feeling stressed, work related, waking up at 4pm ... and then around 7 finally 'flow' ... relaxed and strong to start my working day, thank you Adriene, you rock as always
I started doing yoga with Adrienne 3 years ago in January. It helped me gain strength back in my left leg so that I can take stairs without using the handrail. I am starting to develop arthritis in my wrist, down dog and plank are becoming difficult but I adapt, not going to stop. Thanks, Adriene!
I'm dealing with a burn-out since a year, and I don't know whether I will complete this journey, but I've decided to give it a go, take one day at a time and try to listen to what my body needs. I love the idea of so many people practicing at the same moment 😊 Thank you Adriene for creating another beautiful series!
I was not able to sleep last night but for 2 hours, so coming to the mat today with very low energy. Adjusted my mindset to "this will be my low energy version" and actually feel way better having gone through this practice! I should sleep well tonight. Wishing you all adaptable mindsets on day 2!
Im here in March but my goodness am I (and my crunchy, tight shoulders) grateful to have found our way back to you Adriene. Thank you for these beautiful flows, my tired, wintery body needs this ❤
This month, my intention is to wake my body up first thing in the morning to set the tone for the rest of my day. It's day 2 and I really feel refreshed. Glad to know I'm practicing with amazing people across the globe. Let's keep showing up for ourselves and practice mindfulness. We got this! ❤
Something I noticed is I need to pay more attention to my foundation. Whenever Adriene brings focus back to our feet and wrists, I find myself very much out of alignment! I’m excited to bring attention to these areas and see how much stronger and supportive I can become. Thank you everyone for being on this journey with me! ❤ see you tomorrow
There's so much built up tension in my body from a very stressful 2023, especially in my hips and my shoulders. Feels like such a great start to 2024 in January with stretching, flowing, processing and then feeling more free going into this year
As someone who tried yoga at 16, hated it and never thought to pick it up again… I can’t express how much I LOVE this channel. Adriene has helped me so much with my confidence as a beginner and this is my second 30 day challenge with her now. I am 24 and had 0% flexibility... I used to never think I would be flexible enough or find enjoyment in yoga and now I wake up at 4 AM to do a video before work and do another one before bed. Thank you for all you do, I feel amazing!
So fun to see Benji still loving on Adrienne after all these years and Adrienne, enjoying it and receiving his gifts, like we receive hers. Thank you Adrienne! This is such a lovely way to start the New Year! My third year of daily practice.
Day two is here and oh boy is this a beautiful thing we are engaging in. Thank you for being here. This session is so important. I hope you enjoy!!! Feel free to share something you noticed today. And remember this is a 30 day journey. (And beyond) Not a two day journey. Love you! 🤍 A
A beautiful practice. Serene and sweet as pie. Thank you Adriene for this wonderful gift. Have a beautiful day 🤗💞💖💞
Thank you Adrienne so much!
Thanks for another gentle one. I’m loving Flow so far 😊 have a great day!
I tell myself “just get out of bed and “find what feels good!” ❤🙂
Me neither; this is the third year I start on January 1, and the third time I set the ambition of finishing on January 31. 😄 I believe in us!
I usually get a week in then slack off Nice to have everyone together expressing their views
We did it!! Hurray! Regards to all
I can relate a lot.
I’m so grateful for Adriene’s leadership and soothing voice, especially as she whispers “I am strong”.
that's beautiful that you can all connect in that way
Gentle reminder for everyone who is (like me) already behind: It‘s okay to take your time!
I had a crazy start to my year so am on Day 2 on day 8 😅
@jessicapirrone2351 hope to see you in the comments of Day 3 tomorrow 😊 Happy Day 2! Great job showing up 🫶🏼
Thank you so much for sharing your mantra and affirmations. This resonates deeply with me…@@jessicapirrone2351
Started this practice afer the 7 days Prana this Year. Who's with me for the 30 days/ Peace and love to yll.

All of you are blessed. Stay positive and take care of yourselves! Don't get distracted by all the noise around us that we cannot change. Namaste

Namaste🙏❤️
Great practice! Namaste
Ditto! Thank you ❤
I'm the same. Not done it regularly for a year but getting back on the mat has made me remember why I loved it and how much it made me love my body too. Harder but worth it.
See you tomorrow! 😊
I am glad you came back ❤ always remember the feeling after the practise!
I am in the same situation. Last year was an off year for yoga consistency and it efinitely feels good to be back. See you tomorrow!
Someone's comment yesterday inspired me to notice how many people I practiced with today. It was over 9,000 people! 🤯Appreciate everyone's comments and enjoying doing this in real time with you all. Thank you, Adriene!
the same comment inspired me too. What a wonderful community
Amazing!
I did too, views went up with 18000 😊
Same here just now! Happy to join the class with some many yogis 🧘♀️✨
Omigosh, I think that was me. That makes me so happy! xoxo
I just started yesterday all over again. Who is with me?
February team, let's go! 😌🍀
Here with you!
Second day completed!🎉
I said to my husband this morning: it’s day 2 and I’m still on track! He laughed. But honestly: every day counts. Last year I began the January challenge on time but ended in August 😂 and it was still great because it really got me into yoga.
I feel you, I ended last year's challenge in June 😀 But look at us, pulling through in our own pace. Wishing you great success this time around! Wishing you all the best on your yoga journey
And here I thought I was the only one because I ended in July 🤣@@nk3054 Day 2 and still on track this year! Let's stick with it this time!
I'm pretty sure I finished the last 3 in October. It was a weird year for me, and I never found the right time of day for yoga. Trying again this year. And you're right, every day counts.
No laughing matter. No one knows unless the know. We here know. In it together. Hooray 💪
This was so relatable and reassuring to read. Thank you for sharing! 🥹💕
Things that happened during these 20 minutes:
-3 year old rolling herself up in her yoga mat and saying "I'm a Christmas present!"
-1 year old climbing and slithering all over me
-3 year old needing help in the bathroom
-general noise and chaos so I couldn't hear the video
Adriene, I love what you said yesterday about not needing a quiet sanctuary but that peace can come from inside. There is no quiet sanctuary here! But I'm so glad to be doing this 30 days.
🙌🙌🙌🫶🥰
"I'm a Christmas present!" Love it! I'm impressed you get through it with young kiddos around. My two year old makes my plank 28 lbs harder and tries to take over the computer. But here's to finding time to fit the yoga in no matter the circumstances! :)
Thanks so much for sharing this. I'm hoping to do the 30 days challenge, but I was worried how I will find the energy every day to do yoga late at night after my baby and toddler's bedtime. You inspire me to try showing up on my mat in the day, when they are around - and be together not just with little ones but with other parents too ❤
@@rachelruark3533Toddlers love to be so chaotic!
@@viskymAw yay! I’m very committed to resting when my children are also asleep/resting. So…yoga (and everything else) happens in the middle of the madness! I hope you can make it work with your littles around!
My 30 day resolution- to always whisper "I am Strong" when prompted. It's like a little encouragement from the mouth to the brain to the body!
✨✨✨
Love it. I think I might do a @petersahn1 too this year, and chuck my self consciousness out the window. We ARE strong!
I just read this after doing session 2, but I think it is a marvellous idea! I'll try to remember for the future! Thanks for the tip 🤩
This is a great idea! I decided to do that too from now on :)
It DEFINITELY helps to hear yourself say it. I’m sure there’s some psychology behind it, but it’s encouraging and makes me FEEL strong, even when I’m shaking and my wrists feel like they’re going to collapse!!! Kudos to you for coming back for day 2!!!🤍✨
this is the perfect way to start or end the day! ❤
If youtubes in than i'm in lets go
I'm very low in my energy today, but so proud of myself that I still did it! For everyone else who struggles, I am proud of you for showing up!
Omg me too. I hit snooze at least 6 times😂😅 back to work tomorrow. I hope to keep this rolling.
right back at ya jess!!
So proud of you Jessica 💕
As a plus size woman living with chronic illness, I am absolutely loving this series so far! I may need to slightly modify certain poses from time to time, but I appreciate this series as a beginner! I feel empowered, strong, and relaxed by the end of the practice and am so grateful to be on this journey with you all! 🙏 ❤
Modifications are the nature of yoga and life. I’m glad you are here! This series is food for the soul especially because the community is so supportive.
🙋🏻♀️hello fellow plus size chronic illness bestie!
You have a lions heart there. You seem so strong and motivated. I am not plus sized but I am lacking will power structure and focus. I am also eternally immature. Hoping to gain some poise this new year. Life is a journey for us all❤❤❤
I have an elbow injury and am also needing to modify! This is what it’s all about. Just arrive on the mat and the rest will follow ❤
Fellow plus size woman here. Also modifying but still showing up. We got this xx
🙏🏼 Namaste.
Thank you@mie7227 🥰!!! I appreciate your support, and I agree about practicing in the morning; it sets a calm tone for my day.
Same :D
Benji is always cute but he was ESPECIALLY cute in today's practice!! It's like he knew I needed a boost 🥺
I'm a 22 stone 49 year old bloke from Yorkshire. I love your channel. Its the best. You're great. Thank you.
Am I the only one waiting for the next day as soon as I finish the practice? I just love doing yoga with the Adriene! Blessed day for everyone reading this! 🙏🏼
No, you're not the only one! 💕 I am exactly the same! I guess this yoga journey is helping us practice patience at the same time!
Same!
Wow, so much has happened since I first rolled out my mat with Adriene in January 2020. After a long break, I'm getting back into it-- my body is not the same, but I'm starting where I am and that's ok. It feels like coming home.
Oh, I know. I was on a break too. And now I wonder why. The yoga practice is so comforting. Welcome back to us. 🥰
Welcome back! I have gotten into and fallen out of shape a few times... I'm learning to enjoy the process of coming back into form. I encourage you to be gentle on yourself! We're all students here. .
It really does feel like coming home! That's the best explanation I've heard!
I totally know what you mean. When did our bodies change while we weren't watching? Glad to be in practice with you!
I love this 🫶🏼
God bless you this new year ❤
I was giggling from my own dogs today.
So beautiful. Thank you for sharing this. 🤍
Keep the energy flowing 🥰
Me! Took me most of the day but I made it. Very proud of myself and others!
So far, this practice is giving me a lot of agency back after surgery recovery.
Namaste ❤
See you both tomorrow!❤
Same here!
I felt the same today!
❤ great you made it. See you tomorrow
Thank you Adriene, nothing can express my gratitude for your kindness.
To the 3,000 people who were practicing just now, thank you for being here with me!
Thank you for your message! It helped me see what I noticed as well
Practicing in a cold, dark, rainy England but waking up this morning knowing I was going to join all you beautiful people on the mat made me feel so happy and light, I practically leapt out of bed! The 30 day yoga journey is honestly the highlight of my year and I am eternally grateful for having the wonderful Adriene in my life 💜 Thank you for being a constant source of joy and positivity 💜

Day #2
I'm behind but I'm listening to my body.
But it's also important that I just stay on top of doing this - period.
I'm proud of myself.
I am listening to myself.
I am on my own journey.
thank you for this lovely soft practice! And Hello to everyone who joined me this morning!
Hope it heoped- I bet it did. Feel better soon!
Thank you so much
This reminded me of one time I had a bad cold too, mostly very congested nose.
So happy you made it with us!!! Thanks for showing up🤍🤍✨
Very much feeling the same way you are! I'm proud of us for showing up for ourselves 💖
A crazy January filled with illness, visits, and black mold in my bathroom means I’m starting this 30-day journey only about 23 days behind, but I’m here! So grateful to be joining in when and where I can!!!
This one felt so good after yesterday’s practice. Thank you, Adriene!
I just started yesterday all over again! Yay flow meow! 🐾

You got this!
Thank you so much! Blessings everyone. May this day be filled with lots of smiles.
It sure is, especially after this practice😊!
When I sat down to do yoga today I had a realization- I looked around and realized how much everything has changed for me as a person~
In the same room when I first graduated I had a small kennel with a new puppy in a simple room I started to learn yoga daily-
Four years later in the same room I have a grown dog and two cats lazily sleeping, my room has become a version of my true self, it’s light and inspiring, I have the things I love in it, and Ive truly learned so much more in my yoga journey thanks to this channel and others- 🙏🏻
It made me realize how much I’ve grown as a person and I’m grateful for that, thank you adriene for allowing me the time to think and realize how important that is 🥰
I wasn't sure what to comment on day 0 or 1, which I watched on the same day because New Year's Day itself was tough for me, but today I have so much to share: I felt myself looking forward to this practice all day, which is very exciting since this is my first time participating in 30 days of yoga!
So thank you Adriene for helping me notice these emotions and make the decision to change how I view them.
i love your intention of leaving love notes!
this was so nice to read, thank you
Thanks for the share. I absolutely love the simplicity of this quote ❤
I love that quote. Thank you for sharing ❤
Thank you for this beautiful practice, Adriene!
My body is still stiff but I know I'll get there. There's no rush. I used to make this mistake of trying too hard and it would only lead to frustration. I know better now.
I hope everyone enjoyed the practice and see you all tomorrow!
You've got this! Movement (when you move like you love yourself) is medicine :)
Namaste , friend!
My back is very stiff, and on todays practise it said ”click” in good way. 😄 I bet it’s get much better after 30 day.
@@PurplePath I'm sure it'll get better after one week 💪🏻
Usually I end up rushing my practice at the end of the day - just to "tick the box" .... but today I was here first thing in the morning, practicing with so many other lovely people around the globe... So happy to share this practice with all of you... Thank you Adriene, for providing some comfort and sweetness in these cold winter days !! :)
I love to do my practice in the morning too. I find it much harder to get going in the evening.
Hi! I'm the exact opposite - I'm always doing my practice in the morning and yesterday I did it in the evening with a friend. And it felt good too! So, don't worry about that - it's nice to find a new routine. Love!
Yes me too morning is easier to practice and a great start to the day😊
Wonderful!!!
Gently reminder that I am here on January 12 too, you are not alone ;)
this was a session that felt like it went by very quickly yet lasted an eternity at the same time. I was about to give up closer to the end, but didn't. Very proud of myself for making it to the end. Thank you! ❤
Same here. So proud of us for not giving up
Glad to be here with you all!! My initial plan was to get up extra early and do the yoga before work. Well today that didnt happen, its the darkest time here in Sweden atm so getting up in the morning is tough. I look forward to do this yoga session when I finish work today to enjoy a relaxing evening. Wish you all the best!
Almost 5:30 here and finished. Enjoy this when you practice later.
Day 2! We did it y’all! Today I noticed that I need really work on elongating my neck and spine! One breath, one day, and one practice at a time! Thanks for being here beside me y’all! Let’s keep going together.

Well done!
Thank you! Have a great time everyone and remember to whisper: I'm strong 💕😊
We all have been there. Thank you for sticking by. Keep showing up. Energy will flow your way 💕

Hallo from Italy everybody. It's a great joy and honour to practice with you all ❤
See you tomorrow.

I completely agree, FLOW is sooooo powerful, I love it!

Beautiful. Yesss!
I have just finished today's practice after a long work day, and it feels so good and relaxing 🙏

Giving me exactly what I need everday for the last 7 years! You and everyone else here is amazing 🙏
Day 2 done. Two day streak going.🙌🏻🙏🏻🤞🏻

I'm glad that no animal was injured in the making of Day 2 video! Love the closing shot of Adriene and Benji in the true downward dog♥
There's so much built up tension in my body from a very stressful 2023, especially in my hips and my shoulders. Feels like such a great start to 2024 in January with stretching, flowing, processing and then feeling more free going into this year
Thank you! ♥ Proud of everyone showing up - we got this!

That’s meeee 😅
