Today I had a challenging morning and first thing I did coming back home was to 1. Kiss my cat 2. Rolled out my mat. During the practice I kept telling myself to focus on what I’ve achieved so far and not on what’s missing . I’m just learning to be okay with where I am at the moment. 🙏🏽 grateful for this practice and the uplifting comments ✨
I'm also working on the "be here now" instead of berating myself for not being in better shape, more flexible etc. Thanks for the reminder to focus on what we've achieved vs what is missing.
Yay! Day three done. I hit a personal milestone today - I got off the floor without using a chair for support. It’s been a while since I achieved that. Thank you Adrienne😊. BENJI WATCH DAY 3: Benji started off at the bottom of the mat. Went off screen then came back to look out the window. Then laid out at the bottom of the mat took off came back (did that twice) and then finally took a snooze with Adriene to end the session

🌞Day 3🌞 Good morning everyone! It was kinda hard to get up today because I didn’t get as much sleep as I usually need but knowing there’s a premiere with a new practice waiting, helped a lot. I had like.. 5 minutes? But I made it haha and I’m very glad I did. On to making breakfast now, hope everyone has a fantastic day. 🌼
Me too! Woke up early and couldn’t sleep. Finally decided to begin my day and head to the mat. I might need a nap but it’s a good start. Hope your day is good too!
Day 3!!! We made it guys!!! Finally on track after so many years of starting late. This gentle flow made me believe I can make it to the end. Here's hoping 🤞

One of the best things I’ve learned has been giving myself permission to go off script when my body asks for something during a class and honor that. I somehow find myself back in step with the class in a short time but I feel like I unlocked a little gem along the way ☺️ thanks for always giving us permission to put ourselves first
Here in January 2025. I did the 7 day Prana challenge and decided to come back to this one that I never finished last year due to being pregnant and in lots of discomfort. After just 10 days of yoga I feel so much better and look forward to coming to the mat daily!
My favourite part of the 30 Days is the opportunity to practise all new yoga sessions, and to do that with so many people 🙂 It makes January so much brighter and warmer, and that's saying something here in Scotland 😀

Hi everyone, I started on Monday Jan 8, so today has been day 3 for me. I struggled with getting started, as I was very tired, had a headache, and felt guilt because I’ve eaten too much sweet stuff today. I was about to not show up, but I did in the end, and feel so much better! Thank you Adriene for this opportunity. I’m still a beginner and some movements don’t flow as easily, but hopefully I’ll get there :) see you on day 4!
currently recovering from a massive burnout and when you uttered the words "you are allowed to take up space, you matter, your actions matter" so much stress and anxiety released in my body. I don't know how many other people are already doing that, but if you're feeling it, I can recommend to write down a little something everyday. Something that comes to mind when reading Adriene's mails or whilst doing the practice or in the peaceful moments after... I started doing that during last year's 30 day challenge and it's really been helping me to understand myself better and to have a reminder of the journey after it's finished :) just a thought

Day 3 ✅ It was very difficult for me today to start. But l remembered my promise to myself to do it every day. As Adriene said the most difficult part is gone. Once l started l felt great that l didn’t skip today’s session. It finished fast and l felt new muscles moving and stretching today. Thank you Adrriene ❤

Namaste on day 3 from Vienna Austria. It's 9 in the morning. What a great day! I made it thanks to Adriene! Although outside a strong storm is howling and I'd forgotten to close the balcony door.😂. Sometimes Adriene is a little too fast in her speech, as English isn't my mother tongue but I managed today and I know the poses. So namaste to Adriene and all of her followers. You all have a wonderful day today. I certainly will because doctors found out that my husband is not having dementia as I formerly mentioned. What a relief. What a joy! Namaste❤

Didn't even realise my body was sore from yesterday's practice until I did today's. It was definitely a lot more easier today. Embracing the way my body is adapting. When Adriene said the hardest part of showing up is done I gave myself a pat on the back. Thankyou Adriene for this calming practice 😌🌻
I did this one one day late because I was away for work yesterday. Feared somewhat that that would make me feel stressed but that didn't happen at all. I think I'm finally in this place where perfectionism isn't ruling my life anymore. :)
It's day 3 and the 3rd time I ever did yoga. I found I kinda struggle with balance, which I didn't expect. But I love to start working with my body again, after soms difficulties with sports. Day 3 ✔ What a great warm up as I head out to my Music and Movement for the over 50s class. Determined since I retired 5 years ago (I’m 64) to keep body and mind active for a healthy and happy retirement. It’s never too late to start loving yourself. Day 1of keeping my intention to run the 30 day Flow alongside my usual activities instead of skipping a day when I have other activities. Thank you Adriene for bringing yoga to me. I started yoga to supplement my cycling as I don’t do wet/cold weather but soon learnt how inflexible I was😜it’s amazing how quickly you find yourself leaning further into the poses in a short time. Finished day 3 in the morning today! I felt less self-critical than yesterday but doubts still remained. I tried to move in a self-conscious and loving way but it’s hard when you are usually so hard on yourself in daily life. I noticed that I tend to play down my efforts a lot, telling myself that only following these yoga videos does not make me “someone who practices yoga”. I’m a little sad that it’s so hard to be proud of myself for showing up. Still, thank you all for today’s practice and I hope to see you tomorrow. I really love reading all the comments and the community is lovely ❤️
You are getting there. It can be difficult to go from self-critical to self-love, it takes some time and practice. Be gentle with yourself in this process, one step at a time. I believe you will see it changing during this 30 day yoga journey. ❤

Thank you so much for sharing my friend as I’m sure you are not the only one that feels this way and many of us can relate to feelings you shared at some point. The beauty of this practice is that there is opportunity to rewire and request a re pattern that serves, which in my opinion involves a beautiful recognition of how awesome and beautiful you just are!
Day 3 done and what a difference a year of yoga makes. At the start of the 2023 challenge I would not have been able to move into a plank pose, my brain (and body) would have said nope I can’t do that. This year both my brain and body are saying that we can do this 😊. If you’re new to these practices be kind to yourself, take your time and persevere, day by day there will be improvements. Thank you Adriene for showing me a new 'how-to' in moving from downward-facing dog to forward fold at the top of my mat. I'm usually trying for a perfect a graceful hop and often times fail miserably (stiffness, early am) bummed with the 'fail'. But today your 'how' was 'WOW'!! You showed me a new way to walk it up that streches the IT band, as you mentioned, (very much needed from daily running) and wowwed me w/ a new graceful gift to my body. I will forever refer to this move and moment of enlightenment as the criss-cross walky-sauce (like the kids sitting criss-cross applesauce but for yogis). Gratitude and Cheers friend!!
Thank you Adriene for a focus on how I move through the practice. I appreciated the extra focus on breathing and slowing down transitions. I had trouble with some poses as usual, yet appreciated the moments/periods of time with breathing and the connected slowing down of pace as a result. How I move matters. I already feel like I’m getting stronger. As someone with adhd it’s really hard to stay focused because we’re repeating sequences and my brain is getting bored but my body is thankful because it allows me to really feel small changes ❤️
I feel you! I'm so proud of myself for making it 3 days, this morning I already noticed the all so familiar voice that said 'idk if I feel like it today' but I did it! Noticing how good it makes me feel and telling myself I'm doing it for me because I choose to do something that feels nice, not because I 'have to', makes it a lot easier and every day I'm thankful I did it. It calms me and makes me feel like im finally getting in some much needed movement. (for me with ADHD I struggle a lot with doing things I feel like I only do because I 'have to', when I remind myself I choose to do it because I care about myself and how I feel, it helps a lot)
I know what you mean! I have ADHD too, and yoga is the only thing I can stick at for long enough to feel the physical and mental benefits. I think it gives me the dopamine my brain is asking for! My concentration and sense of centre is so much better after a yoga practice.
Ooh yummy! Today's practice was like the kind of warm hug that brings you back into your body in the present moment. My intention in this journey came up as "devotion" -- devotion to coming to the mat, devotion to myself. Today I noticed how much easier it was to melt into the practice and how my body is already feeling stronger. Thank you for giving us the space to feel devotion to ourselves and reminding us that we're so worthy of it!

oh yes - day 3 and I can feel my body starting to ease back into those old grooves and rebuild its strength. There's a lot of tightness in my muscles but I know with breath and patience and love that will ease too and together we will find our way back to our yoga practice.
Day 3: How. It’s the little things that matter. When Adriene said ‘We matter’, I found myself creeping the corners of my lips up slightly. This practice served as a stronger reminder that how we move matters and it’s the little changes that make all the difference ♥️
Early days, brilliant you're doing this for you and also for your little one. You can slow the speed of video in settings to 80-90% if that helps a little too!

Good morning from Sweden! Just finished Sunrise yoga with Adriene, have to get up to early for the Day 3. I will continue one day late to manage with the time-difference. Looking forward to January 30 days. First two was lovely.
Day 3 Today was hard. It was hard to get up and get on the mat. It was hard no to get too frustrated at myself because I couldnt do some poses in a right time or angle. I cracked and popped what needed it, I stretched and I noticed how my mobility and flexibility changed. I got upset for a short minute but then I remembered that my body held tones of pressure, stress and anxiety for some time. So I forgave myself and kindly allowed to explore and finish the class. Going strong, cant wait for tomorrow!

I agree. Often the 30 day series are longer which makes it difficult to fit into my daily routine. Around 20 minutes each is perfect.

I was almost not getting up from bed for this but then I reminded myself how good it will feel. Going from bed to the mat and lighting a candle in these dark cold mornings is something very special. Truly an act of self love. ❤️🕯️

Yes, it's such a beautiful way to connect with your body and baby. And how beautiful is it to really feel what feels right and find your own bounderies. Struggeled a lot bit perfectionism and yoga in general really taught me that whatever feels good for me, is fine.

One of the best things I’ve learned has been giving myself permission to go off script when my body asks for something during a class and honor that. I somehow find myself back in step with the class in a short time but I feel like I unlocked a little gem along the way ☺️ thanks for always giving us permission to put ourselves first
Here in January 2025. I did the 7 day Prana challenge and decided to come back to this one that I never finished last year due to being pregnant and in lots of discomfort. After just 10 days of yoga I feel so much better and look forward to coming to the mat daily!
My favourite part of the 30 Days is the opportunity to practise all new yoga sessions, and to do that with so many people 🙂 It makes January so much brighter and warmer, and that's saying something here in Scotland 😀

Hi everyone, I started on Monday Jan 8, so today has been day 3 for me. I struggled with getting started, as I was very tired, had a headache, and felt guilt because I’ve eaten too much sweet stuff today. I was about to not show up, but I did in the end, and feel so much better! Thank you Adriene for this opportunity. I’m still a beginner and some movements don’t flow as easily, but hopefully I’ll get there :) see you on day 4!

currently recovering from a massive burnout and when you uttered the words "you are allowed to take up space, you matter, your actions matter" so much stress and anxiety released in my body. I don't know how many other people are already doing that, but if you're feeling it, I can recommend to write down a little something everyday. Something that comes to mind when reading Adriene's mails or whilst doing the practice or in the peaceful moments after... I started doing that during last year's 30 day challenge and it's really been helping me to understand myself better and to have a reminder of the journey after it's finished :) just a thought

It was very difficult for me today to start. But l remembered my promise to myself to do it every day. As Adriene said the most difficult part is gone. Once l started l felt great that l didn’t skip today’s session. It finished fast and l felt new muscles moving and stretching today. Thank you Adrriene ❤

Namaste on day 3 from Vienna Austria. It's 9 in the morning. What a great day! I made it thanks to Adriene! Although outside a strong storm is howling and I'd forgotten to close the balcony door.😂. Sometimes Adriene is a little too fast in her speech, as English isn't my mother tongue but I managed today and I know the poses. So namaste to Adriene and all of her followers. You all have a wonderful day today. I certainly will because doctors found out that my husband is not having dementia as I formerly mentioned. What a relief. What a joy! Namaste❤

Didn't even realise my body was sore from yesterday's practice until I did today's. It was definitely a lot more easier today. Embracing the way my body is adapting. I did this one one day late because I was away for work yesterday. Feared somewhat that that would make me feel stressed but that didn't happen at all. I think I'm finally in this place where perfectionism isn't ruling my life anymore. :)
It's day 3 and the 3rd time I ever did yoga. I found I kinda struggle with balance, which I didn't expect. But I love to start working with my body again, after soms difficulties with sports. Thank you Adriene, for providing. And telling me everyone is worth taking up space. That hit me.

Day 3 ✔ What a great warm up as I head out to my Music and Movement for the over 50s class. Determined since I retired 5 years ago (I’m 64) to keep body and mind active for a healthy and happy retirement. It’s never too late to start loving yourself. Day 1of keeping my intention to run the 30 day Flow alongside my usual activities instead of skipping a day when I have other activities. Thank you Adriene for bringing yoga to me. Totally agree I’m 57 and retired last March due to my husbands I’ll health. Would never have had time whilst working. It’s my own me time in the morning, to start the day. Hope you enjoyed your music and movement class too. I’m in the UK. 😊

I started yoga to supplement my cycling as I don’t do wet/cold weather but soon learnt how inflexible I was😜it’s amazing how quickly you find yourself leaning further into the poses in a short time. Finished day 3 in the morning today! I felt less self-critical than yesterday but doubts still remained. I tried to move in a self-conscious and loving way but it’s hard when you are usually so hard on yourself in daily life. I noticed that I tend to play down my efforts a lot, telling myself that only following these yoga videos does not make me “someone who practices yoga”. I’m a little sad that it’s so hard to be proud of myself for showing up. Still, thank you all for today’s practice and I hope to see you tomorrow. I really love reading all the comments and the community is lovely ❤️
You are getting there. It can be difficult to go from self-critical to self-love, it takes some time and practice. Be gentle with yourself in this process, one step at a time. I believe you will see it changing during this 30 day yoga journey. ❤

Thank you so much for sharing my friend as I’m sure you are not the only one that feels this way and many of us can relate to feelings you shared at some point. The beauty of this practice is that there is opportunity to rewire and request a re pattern that serves, which in my opinion involves a beautiful recognition of how awesome and beautiful you just are!
Day 3 done and what a difference a year of yoga makes. At the start of the 2023 challenge I would not have been able to move into a plank pose, my brain (and body) would have said nope I can’t do that. This year both my brain and body are saying that we can do this 😊. If you’re new to these practices be kind to yourself, take your time and persevere, day by day there will be improvements. Thank you Adriene for showing me a new 'how-to' in moving from downward-facing dog to forward fold at the top of my mat. I'm usually trying for a perfect a graceful hop and often times fail miserably (stiffness, early am) bummed with the 'fail'. But today your 'how' was 'WOW'!! You showed me a new way to walk it up that streches the IT band, as you mentioned, (very much needed from daily running) and wowwed me w/ a new graceful gift to my body. I will forever refer to this move and moment of enlightenment as the criss-cross walky-sauce (like the kids sitting criss-cross applesauce but for yogis). Gratitude and Cheers friend!!

Thank you Adriene for a focus on how I move through the practice. I appreciated the extra focus on breathing and slowing down transitions. I had trouble with some poses as usual, yet appreciated the moments/periods of time with breathing and the connected slowing down of pace as a result. How I move matters. I already feel like I’m getting stronger. As someone with adhd it’s really hard to stay focused because we’re repeating sequences and my brain is getting bored but my body is thankful because it allows me to really feel small changes ❤️
I feel you! I'm so proud of myself for making it 3 days, this morning I already noticed the all so familiar voice that said 'idk if I feel like it today' but I did it! Noticing how good it makes me feel and telling myself I'm doing it for me because I choose to do something that feels nice, not because I 'have to', makes it a lot easier and every day I'm thankful I did it. It calms me and makes me feel like im finally getting in some much needed movement. (for me with ADHD I struggle a lot with doing things I feel like I only do because I 'have to', when I remind myself I choose to do it because I care about myself and how I feel, it helps a lot)

I know what you mean! I have ADHD too, and yoga is the only thing I can stick at for long enough to feel the physical and mental benefits. I think it gives me the dopamine my brain is asking for! My concentration and sense of centre is so much better after a yoga practice.

Ooh yummy! Today's practice was like the kind of warm hug that brings you back into your body in the present moment. My intention in this journey came up as "devotion" -- devotion to coming to the mat, devotion to myself. Today I noticed how much easier it was to melt into the practice and how my body is already feeling stronger. Thank you for giving us the space to feel devotion to ourselves and reminding us that we're so worthy of it!

oh yes - day 3 and I can feel my body starting to ease back into those old grooves and rebuild its strength. There's a lot of tightness in my muscles but I know with breath and patience and love that will ease too and together we will find our way back to our yoga practice.

Day 3: How. It’s the little things that matter. When Adriene said ‘We matter’, I found myself creeping the corners of my lips up slightly. This practice served as a stronger reminder that how we move matters and it’s the little changes that make all the difference ♥️

Day 3
Today was hard. It was hard to get up and get on the mat. It was hard no to get too frustrated at myself because I couldnt do some poses in a right time or angle. I cracked and popped what needed it, I stretched and I noticed how my mobility and flexibility changed. I got upset for a short minute but then I remembered that my body held tones of pressure, stress and anxiety for some time. So I forgave myself and kindly allowed to explore and finish the class. Going strong, cant wait for tomorrow!
